El lugar esta bien ubicado, pero el espacio de la habitacion es minusculo.
Pros:

la ubicacion era buena, tenia un microondas , una cafetera para ahcerte un cafe, y una heladera que no estaba enchufada.
el lugar es lindo en general pero la habitacion sin ventana, no era lo que mostraban en las fotos ni la espacialidad.

Cons:

La habitacion no tenia ni ventana... una cama en contra de una pared y un pasilla para poder ingresar, extremandamente pequeña, estabamos con vvarias valijas porque ya volviamos a argentina y no podiamos ni entrar.
los baños tenian olor a pis... siempre...

Niente. La posizione e’ molto centrale ma e’ proprio questo il problema

Innanzitutto si trova al numero 9 e non 1. Arrivano le informazioni 10 minuti prima dell’orario di accesso e questo e’ un po’ angosciante. La stanza e’ minuscola, ma questo si vede dalle foto, ma non ha senso che non ci sia un gancio, una sedia, niente! Bisogna appoggiare tutto a terra ed e’ sporco. I bagni sono minuscoli e sporchi. Di nuovo manco un gancio per appendere un asciugamano. Va bene che costa meno di altri posti, ma non e’ gratis! Il materasso e’ completamente sfondato e soprattutto il problema piu’ grande: non aspettatevi di dormire neanche 5 minuti, la casa e’ sopra a tre distoteche, gente fino alle 7 del mattino. E comunque sentirete anche gli altri inquilini, come averli in camera. Un incubo.

Todo, el olor a comida producto de una campaña que pasaba por la ventana, cortina y ventanas en mal estado, la suciedad, sábanas con pelo , demasiado pequeñas, sin aire acondicionado. No había para limpiar tu habitación, la dirección para llegar a ella está mala.

The badroom ir good.
The service via Booking.com's chat was very good and the check-in went smoothly. You have to call the numbers they provide; it sounds strange, but it works, believe me.

Cons:

The location is excellent for getting around on foot! But the problem with the location is that there are bars downstairs and it's extremely noisy, really noisy! You can't get a good night's sleep. The bathroom isn't comfortable because it's one room with two toilets, two showers, and one sink. The advantage is that whoever is using the toilet can use the shower, for example. Since there are 7 bedrooms sharing the bathroom, it's a way to keep the toilet free if people are using it, so it accommodates more people... however, it's less comfortable. For the price and location, we thought it was adequate. If you're a light sleeper, it's not recommended. It's on the 2nd floor, so you have to climb stairs. But a single floor is perfectly viable. The room is a good size, it has a fan, and the bed, sheets, and towels are good. It would be good if has there a refrigerator.

Excelente ubicación y muy lindas instalaciones.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación del alojamiento, queda cerca de todo para poder recorrer Madrid caminando. Los baños compartidos no son un problema ya que tienen varios espacios para poder usar.

Cons:

Nuestra habitación daba a la calle, una zona de bares y lugar de comida, por lo que el ruido era constante hasta altas horas de la noche. No es problema del lugar, pero para tenerlo en cuenta.

Disfrute un hospedaje céntrico, buen precio, seguro con vecinos respetuosos, ambiente tranquilo. limpio

Si nos agradó mucho a mi hija y a mi, todos fueron muy amables, fui fácil llegar, muy céntrico .. tenía todo lo más importante para descansar tranquilo
todo muy limpio. el personal me atendió muy bien! voy a regresar la próxima semana.. y cuando este en madrid también! los otros huéspedes respetuosos amables! nunca los vi a penas los escuché !
