התאכזבנו מאוד מהשהות שלנו ב־Alphotel Innsbruck.

הבעיה הגדולה ביותר הייתה המזגן. אין לאורחים שום שליטה עליו – אין שלט, אין תרמוסטט ואין אפשרות לכוון את הטמפרטורה מהחדר. בכל בוקר בשעה 09:00 המלון פשוט מכבה את המזגן. כשפנינו לקבלה, נאמר לנו ש"רוב האורחים אמורים לצאת מהמלון בשעה הזו". זו הייתה תשובה לא מקובלת. מי מחליט בשבילי מתי לצאת מהחדר? הגעתי לחופשה כדי לנוח, לא כדי שיכריחו אותי לקום ולצאת כאילו אני בדרך לעבודה.
כאילו שזה לא מספיק, במשך יומיים ברציפות התעוררנו כבר בסביבות 08:00 בבוקר מרעשי טריקות, דפיקות וקדיחות שנשמעו כמו עבודות שיפוץ. בנוסף, גם צוות הניקיון היה מרעיש מאוד במסדרונות ודופק על דלתות בשעות מוקדמות. התחושה הייתה שלא באמת נותנים לאורחים לנוח, אלא מעירים אותם בכוונה כדי שיפנו את החדרים.
בנוסף, היה לכלוך ליד המעלית שלא נוקה במשך כל שלושת הימים שבהם שהינו במלון, וגם הוונטה בשירותים לא עבדה כלל.
לצערנו, הדברים השליליים עלו בהרבה על החיוביים. במיוחד לאור המחיר הגבוה מאוד ששילמנו, ציפינו לרמת שירות, ניקיון ונוחות הרבה יותר גבוהה. מלון אמור להיות מקום שמאפשר לנוח ולהירגע, ולא מקום שגורם לאורחים להרגיש שמנסים להעיר אותם ולזרז אותם לצאת מהחדר. לצערנו, לא נחזור להתארח כאן.

Charmantes Hotel mit Blick auf die Berge
Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang, komfortables Zimmer mit Badewanne und Balkon, angenehme Betten, alles sehr sauber, Blick auf die Berge, feines Frühstück vom Buffet mit allerlei Köstlichkeiten. Das Restaurant hat eine runde Seite mit Außenbereich und so konnten wir draußen frühstücken. Es hat auch einen Sauna- und Fitnessbereich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Fußnähe. Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht und wertschätzend. Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt!

Schöner großer Parkplatz und sogar mit Fahrradstellplatz im Hotel. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit Süßem und Herzhaftem.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war bei über 30 Grad nicht aktiviviert und die Fenster konnten nachts nicht geöffnet werden (Verkehrslärm). Dadurch wurde es sehr warm und stickig. Die Abtrennung an der Badewanne ist etwas kurz. Wenn man nicht aufpasst, landet das Wasser überall.
