Excellent location, exceptional breakfast, a recommended place to stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional.
Top most hygiene.
Excellent location with plenty of shopping facilities nearby.
Gym with some basic stuff, to atleast get the feelings.
Welcoming reception.

Cons:

Holiday inn...wherever it is, there is nothing to complain about.
