Muy lindo lugar para hospedarse, el desayuno espectacular

El diseño del hotel es muy lindo

No me gustó que la pileta indoor estaba solo a 27 grados por lo que era fría para meterse

Pros:

I stayed at the hotel, and the room was really beautiful. The food was amazing as well.

The area was wonderful too, full of history and surrounded by stunning geography, with fairy chimneys, ancient churches, and historic houses.

Sehr schöne und geräumige Zimmer und leckeres Frühstück

Cons:

Das Personal war nicht sehr freundlich. Außerdem fokussierten sich die Kellner überwiegend auf die größeren Reisegruppen, wodurch wir sehr lange warten mussten, bis unsere Getränke gebracht wurden. Noch dazu war an unserem letzten Abend eine Schülergruppe vor Ort. Diese haben das Essen mit den Händen berührt - sehr unpassend für ein 5 Sterne Hotel, dass darauf nicht geachtet wurde. Das Abendessen hätte abwechslungsreicher sein können

Pros:

La struttura è molto bella e grande. La posizione è comoda in quanto con pochi minuti di taxi è possibile raggiungere le principali attrazioni.
Le stanze sono molto belle e pulite.
Colazione buona con diversi prodotti dolci e salati.
Spa bellissima e palestra funzionale.
Staff cordiale e disponibile.
Menu buffet per la cena valido.
Altrettanto valido il room service.
Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Mooi hotel in Coppadocia
Pros:

Mooi hotel, hotel kamer en spa. Modern, nieuw en schoon.
Spa personeel (Indonesisch) zijn geweldig. Top massage en hammam behandeling.
Sena bij de bar in de lobby is erg gastvrij.

beds are fine, pool is terribly cold and deands an extra fee to use because of swimcaps.
Pros:

Location was fine for us, we were on a longer route and it was situated alongside the big road, which was fine. For a stay longer than 1 night I wouldnt recommend the location per se.

Cons:

There were some issues. The floor where the swimming pool (indoor) was located, all lights were off for some reason, it got really dak there and I had to use a phone light to be able to find the corridor to the pool. That is a eary feeling. We got to the pool and there we were told we had to pay an additional 600 Lira (12 euro) on top of our 110 euro room to be able to use the pool (for swimcaps, and even I had to wear one although i am almost completely bald). we had to get the money, eager to get a nice swim. Tehn (and that is after you already paid) we found out the temperature of the pool was extremely cold. I could bear ot for a minute or 2, my children didn't make it past their feel or bellt because it was simply COLD water. I am not a pussy regarding temperatures (we had stayed in 4 pool- hotels this trip, and all were fine, except this one).

this was a very big disappointment expecially for the kids, and frustratisng for me because |I had to pay 12 euro euro to find out the water was freezing.

Pros:

Clean spacious hotel nicely decorated, you need to have a car to get to the main attractions. Food at restaurant was very good.

Cons:

Spa was normal. Indoor pool has cold water, cannot stay long in it. Sauna and steam room very small. Jacuzzi was not working. Above all staff unfriendly. Also generally staff at hotel (spa, restaurant, reception) lacking basic English and being unfriendly, as if you force them to serve you. Barceló international management needs to pay more attention for training them. Tourists are coming long distances to get the Barcelo quality not to get this unfriendly kind of service.

Pros:

Chambre très grande, jolie et luxueuse. Salle de bain agréable. Hôtel très grand, beaucoup de point positif, comme la mosquée, la salle de sport, le coiffeur.

Cons:

Beaucoup d’alcool proposé. Je trouve cela dommage.

За такие деньги предложение идеальное, на самом деле. «Кейв» отели на деле оказываются просто отелями в домах. В прошлом
Pros:

На самом деле удобное расположение с точки зрения парковки и доступа на машине к другим достопримечательностям. Утром из окна рецепшна были видны шары.
Все новенькое, это подкупает.
Нормальные завтраки со всем необходимым, голодными не остались)
В спа не дошли, посвятили время месту. Это очень красивые места в Турции!
Наш номер почему-то выходил на какие-то стены, похожие на крепость, но отдыху это не помешало, мы в номере только ночевали.
Приятно было находиться в свежем отеле с хорошим сервисом.

Cons:

Горничным можно больше внимания уделять чистоте в санузле, например кранов и стеклянной перегородки.
Также почему-то верхняя лейка душа протекала во время использования, хотя с виду новая.
Это не испортило впечатления.

A beatiful hotel and room but sub-standard service for a 5-star hotel
Pros:

The hotel is brand new and very beautiful, also the room is very nice and spacious. The breakfast was not self-serving, but was very good and lots of vegetarian options. The pool area also looked very nice.

Cons:

The pool was supposedly 28 degrees Celsius, but we found the water was very cold - you could hardly swim - when we were in the hotel, there were not many other guests so maybe they did not heat the pool as much. The saunas also felt lukewarm. The breakfast was good, but we told the staff three days in a row that we are vegetarian and they always served us meat along other foods. There was a bit of a language barrier in some occasions with the staff.
