La calidez y atención del personal. Dentro de la habitación hay frigobar y mesa con sus sillas, me pareció muy bien
Estan deterioradas las instalaciones, falta de pintura, grietas o revoco caido, la piscina no funciona del todo, el baño estaba incomodo por lo grande de la tina hay que subir escalones y el agua caliente no funcionó.
Su buena ubicación y la atención de su personal
Necesita una remodelación, había detalles en las habitaciones que dan mal aspecto, puertas caídas muebles rallados y en mal estado
La alberca y el personal es agradable, la comodidad para poder cocinar.
Que no tiene estacionamiento y se llena la calle de un costado. Las instalaciones un poco viejas, el clima sonaba mucho.
Nada, ni siquiera me pude hospedar, me confirmaron la reserva y al llegar 20 min después de haberme confirmado me dicen que no había habitaciones disponibles por lo que tenía yo que cancelar la reserva , cuando si me presenté y ellos no me quisieron hacer válida la reserva, que desepcion de hotel
Que no me ofrecieran una alternativa de hospedaje cuando fue su culpa el que no me respetarán mi reserva, cero empáticos y hágale como quiera, fueron las palabras de la recepcionista
