Wonderful for reaching the airport. Not too bad to a short visit to Santiago too.
Pros:

Wonderful owner and the hotel is really neat. It is a very nice place to stay and the communication and help by the host is excellent.

Cons:

The place is quite far from Santiago. It's really good to stay a night is you have an early flight but if you plan to visit Santiago and you were thinking of using public transport, it is not a good idea. However, the host provided the phone number for a local taxi company that works really well and it is not expensive at all. It was excellent.

Was out of the Way no one to meet or greet .. Which is fine but didn’t have internet so had no idea how get in Could sent these well in advance . .. Was a very narrow winding stair case steep .. Loud with people coming & going .. Hard get Uber in morning between 5am& 6am
.. No Towels .. Kitchen but no Tea or Coffee Supplied .. Very very Basic ..

Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage: nah am Flughafen und in einem ruhigen und sicheren Wohnviertel. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Poolbereich im Innenhof ist angenehm. Das Auto kann vor der Tür parken. Absolut gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und von daher sehr empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Leider war unser Kontakt mit der Vermieterin schwierig und am Ende nicht sehr freundlich, was vermutlich aber auch ein Problem der Übersetzung Englisch/Spanisch sein könnte. Bei der Bezahlung stand, es würde Barzahlung akzeptiert. Dementsprechend hatten wir den Betrag in chilenischen Pesos exakt vorbereitet. Leider war die Vermieterin nicht persönlich vor Ort und ich erhielt die Anweisung per WhatsApp das Geld zu überweisen. Das war mir als Ausländer und vor allem sofort nicht möglich. Ich bot daher an, das Geld vor Ort zu deponieren oder per PayPal in € zu bezahlen, falls die Vermieterin den Betrag nicht persönlich abholen kann. Letzteres geschah dann letztendlich doch. Vorab fehlten uns zudem Informationen: wie erhalten wir unsere Schlüssel? Da niemand bei Anreise vor Ort war, standen wir zunächst vor verschlossener Tür und mussten uns im nahegelegenen Café mit Internet versorgen, um die Vermieterin anzurufen. Alles in allem war es stressig.
