Pros:

A perfect place, right in the heart of Georgia's nature.
Fantastic view.
Spacious and comfortable cabin.
We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Классный вид, уединенное место, требует реновации и ухода.
Pros:

Красивый вид, уединенное место. Две спальни, есть камин, есть бассейн(но было холодно чтобы воспользоваться) красивая территория, есть общая на три дома мангальная зона в беседке, приветливая хозяйка-хорошо говорит по-английски. Ванная красивая. Мужчина который следит за домиками приветливый(правда не разговаривает ни по английски ни по русски-но в принципе и так все понятно))

Cons:

Грязные полы-наверно основной минус-так и хотелось все помыть, не совсем укомплектованы кухонные зоны, не хватило соли, некоторых лопаточек . Ну и сантехника и остальное достаточно изношенное требует реновации. В душе все брызгает на пол вокруг и потом все мокрое(это мне кажется почти везде так в Грузии - не знаю в чем проблема сделать занавеску) и так же не хватало Геля для душа. Мелочи конечно. Есть ощущение существования домиков самотеком без сильных вложений и уборок.

Gorgeous place , the administrator is very nice and helpful

Perfect location with beautiful view on lake and mountains
In love with the glass room in cottages
Helpful cooperative stuff

Cons:

No closet , bathroom need maintenance
No near grocery (need car) and only one restaurant near by walking

Pros:

Good location and lovely cabin
There was also an entertainment package on the TV

Cons:

We paid for 6 people when we were charged full for the 2 year old baby but the room only had 2 large beds not 3
They were not prepared with enough sheets, pillows and blankets
The hot tub on the beach did not work and they did not come to fix it
The electric pillows shorted out the electricity and luckily there was no damage. They took care of a portable stove for us pretty quickly

שהיה סקוצ' חדש
שהיו מים חמים במקלחת
הנוף והמקום עצמו חמוד ממש

אי אפשר לשבת בחוץ בגלל היתושים שיש
בג'קוזי המים היו צהובים היתה סתימה אמרו שיבואו לסדר ולא סידרו
הילדים היו בבריכה והשתמשו במגבות להתנגב, ביקשתי עוד מגבות ולא קיבלתי אז הם נאלצו להשתמש במגבות שאיתם הם התנגבו כבר. היה גליל אחד של נייר טואלט ואנחנו 5 נפשות. טוב שנשארנו רק לילה אחד .

Picturesque and comfy
Pros:

Amazing view. Very comfy beds. We loved the resting net outside. Fireplace works as a charm. Welcoming staff.

Cons:

Some appliances are damaged by time. Douche is leaking. Some panoramic windows are dirty. Jakuzzi works only as a bath, and be prepared to clean it before by yourself
