Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux de la part de Maurice de sa famille. Site très agréable par sa végétation son calme et la propreté des chambres. Nous recommandons ce campement ou vous trouverez la paix et la convivialité de ses hôtes.

Sénégalaisement authentique 🇸🇳❤️
Pros:

Ne soyez pas réfractaire à votre arrivée, vous ne serez qu'agréablement surpris par votre séjour chez Moris et sa famille. Ici, tout est authentique, on se laisse vivre sénégalaisement tout en ayant un côté éco-responsable. L'eau y est précieuse ainsi que l'électricité et pourtant l'air conditionné est dans les chambres pour un confort supérieur. Ne venez pas ici chercher le luxe mais la richesse du coeur.
Moris vous aidera dans l'organisation de vos activités : mangrove, hyènes ou pêche et vous ne serez pas déçus par vos expériences bien au contraire grandement satisfaits.
Petit déjeuner en toute simplicité mais finalement c'est ce que nous avons apprécié dans ce séjour : la simplicité.

Cons:

A première vue, l'absence d'eau chaude nous a surprise mais nous avons vite compris que cela ne serait pas un problème dans le contexte de ce séjour. Même réserve concernant la piscine, praticable malgré les conditions.

Lots of heat and insects.
Pros:

Good location for short stopover going across the delta.
Host helped us get a boat across the delta (whilst taking a significant cut for himself).

Cons:

Air-conditioning didnt really work so it was very hot overnight. We found the host to be quite aggressive in the way he communicates and and not forthcoming with help.
There was a (very large) cockroach in the room and a cricket in the shower. the windows in the toilet and shower didnt close meaning insects can get in as much as they want and there were a lot of mosquitoes about.
The rooms weren't what we booked. We booked two rooms with single beds but these dont seem to exist and all the rooms have multiple beds which if we had just booked knowing that it would have been cheaper.

One time we didnt lock our bedroom door when in the common area and the host told us we hadnt locked it which suggests he entered the room or at least goes round checking peoples doors whilst they are out of the room.

Area didnt seem safe at night, no street lighting, 5 minute walk to nearest shop to buy water.

Wifi also doesnt seem to work out of common area.
