We would definitely love to come back.
Pros:

Great location and, most importantly, an incredibly helpful and caring staff. Our original flight was cancelled due to the typhoon, and the hotel kindly helped us adjust our reservation without any hassle, which we truly appreciated. Our room had some noise, possibly related to the recent typhoon, but Seo was extremely kind and quickly arranged a much quieter room for us so we could have a good night's sleep. Thank you, Seo, and the entire THIRD Ishigaki team, for your warm hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back on our next visit to Ishigaki!

Pros:

中心街に近く、離島フェリーターミナルの真ん前で、空港からもバスで30分程なので便利。今回は、台風直撃で延泊したが、色々配慮してくれて大感謝です！

Convinient no frill hotel in Ishigaki.
Pros:

Good location, near the port, restaurants, bus terminal.
The staff was very nice and helpfyl.

Cons:

Very spartan. No closet in the room, for 4 days it was not comfortable at all, cleaning service only after 3 days, strange at best and I wouldn’t have booked had I known.
The sink at the bathroom was so low, fitted for children not adults.
No toiletries besides toothbrush. I had to buy shower cap. The room was bare and gave a feeling of a motel. We didn’t eat at the hotel. We felt that 3000 yen pp for breakfast was much too much.

Fabulous hotel, clean and modern, friendly staff and great location
Pros:

The staff were brilliant. The hotel itself was modern and clean, and our room was huge. But it was the staff who really made a difference to our stay - they were incredibly helpful and could not do enough for us. Every time we asked for something (extra pillows, more towels, extra glasses, PJs), they brought them to our room, no trouble at all. We had fresh towels delivered every day. The communal area downstairs was made up of a library room (such a nice vibe and a great space to relax), bar and restaurant. We didn't eat in the hotel, but the food looked nice. It was located right outside of the ferry port, which is also where the airport bus goes to, so it was super easy to get transport to other areas on Ishigaki as well as ferrys to other islands.

Side note about transport - bus's and ferrys timetables are very limited, so plan in advance. We highly recommend doing an island tour with a guide, instead of taking the ferry and wandering around them yourself. The tours are more expensive, but the islands (we went to Taketomi and Iriomote) are very quiet, so there isn't much to do on them. Taking a tour allows you to see the best parts of the island. We didn't do this and feel that we should have. Kabira beach on Ishigaki is beautiful - take a bus (approx 45 mins).

Quiet and spacious room in convenient location.
Pros:

Spacious room with harbor view and convenient location near ferry terminal(airport bus stops there. You could also take regular bus to go to Kabira bay, etc from there)shops and restaurants.

Cons:

I was not in all inclusive plan. Had one breakfast paying 3000 yen, which was expensive for limited variety of food they offered.

お得プラン
Pros:

従業員は少ないですが皆さん一生懸命笑顔で接してくれています。
オールインクルーシブプランで予約させていただきました。
料理はとても美味しかったです。
従業員の方々は嫌な顔せず、何度も丁寧に運んでくれました
3日間いたので正直飽きましたが外の居酒屋より美味しいです。
