Heerlijk hotel
Pros:

Zeer royaal ontbijt en uitstekende kamer. Onder het hotel een parkeer garage. Loopafstand van bezienswaardigheden. Geweldig fijne wellness

Pros:

Very good choice for breakfast though if you go last 30 minutes it looked as if they were not replacing items which had finished like eggs and orange juice

Mooi en fijn hotel.
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel. Mooie ruime kamer. Ligging van het hotel is goed t.o.v. het centrum.

Cons:

Airco functioneerde niet naar behoren en aangezien onze kamer aan de kant van het station zat was een raam open zetten ook geen optie ivm het lawaai van de treinen.

a failure on the promise; disappointing and no one seems to care

The facility seemed nice though we did not get to see the pool area. General building was nice; high floor was provided

the night we were there we ordered 2 margarita, 16euro a piece, super small and too fancy with dried lime on top, when questioned ALEX the bartender started to get very rude. this upset us and in fact turned into a very negative experience i will post of trip adivosr; I am a CEO of a consultancy and i have never been treated so rudely. there was NO MANAGER on call at night which i find outrageous; I ended up paying but nothing was provided like a glass of wine to fix the rude and unprofessional behaviour of the staff. I would never recommend my people to stay here; I complained at the front desk, again no manager. in the morning I asked about the situation and again no one who could make a decision offer some compensation for terrible service and ridiculous pricing for child size drinks;

In fact i have not heard anything from the hotel not even an apology oh please come back nothing; so trip advisor will have a new entry soon;

Breakfast; the table for the omelets blocked half of one of the doors . why who know, it seemed like you could order an omelette the reality was you get one kind, if would be better to move the cooking between the two door and provide a better selection of omelette ingredients; also, all the bacon was eaten and none was available for at least the hour before closing;

the rooms were nice but very small with a big terrace why;;; more room less terrace; ok and no water available even though quite hot;

the location was great although the night time crowd outside very sketchy at best;
i would have appreciated at least a small gesture for the unprofessional behaviour of the staff and the lack of any senior management. honestly as far as i can tell the owners could care less;
a pity, i will share my opion

Een echte aanrader
Pros:

Verzorgd hotel, ruime kamer, goed zwembad en wellness, heerlijk en groot ontbijtbuffet

Cons:

Bijna niets- het enige was dat ik aan de straatkant sliep en er ‘s nachts wel wat lawaai van buiten te horen was. Raam isolatie is dus niet ideaal.

La clim ne fonctionnait pas a 1 h au matin nous avons du nous rendre sur la terrasse tellement la chaleur était importante

Ideaal verblijf om de stad te ontdekken.
Pros:

Ideaal gelegen, dichtbij station.

Cons:

Het zou praktisch zijn mochten er kledinghaken zijn in de badkamer. Nu moesten we ons gerief op het toiletdeksel leggen, dat was niet leuk.
Deurstop ontbrak daardoor botste deur tegen televisie.
