Pros:

Gute Lage, schöne Zimmer mit Balkon

Cons:

Beim Frühstück wären frisches Brot oder Brötchen schön gewesen. Leider keine Kaltgetränke tagsüber/abends zur Verfügung. Ein zentraler Kühlschrank mit alkoholischen und nichtalkoholischen Getränke (mit Strichliste) wäre das einfachste gewesen. Fernseher hat leider dauerhaft keine öffentlich - rechtlichen Kanäle ;1.-3. Programm oder RTL. Leider keine Bemühungen oder Erklärungen vom Personal „geht nicht…“.

Hinyerzarten, a very nice town to stay
Hotel was cosy, quadruple room, big enough and comfortable with all facilities needed

Cons:

Disappointed with the breakfast, expecting some local products.
Serving cheap Lidl products is no good to the overall quality of this nice hotel, you can do better ;)

Die lage vom Hotel

Vieles!!!! Der Empfang am anreise Tag war nicht gerade freundlich nur den Schlüssel in die Hand gegeben ohne große Information! Die Ausstattung ist sehr sehr alt und das Bett sehr unbequem.Ich hatte ein Einzellzimmer und dachte ich bin in einer Abstellkammer!!!! Das Frühstück war jeden Tag das gleiche ohne große Auswahl und die Brötchen waren aufback Ware. Für den Hund ist der Preis vom 15 Euro unverschämt da nicht mal ein Napf oder ein Polster da waren😡 bin ich sehr enttäuscht von dem Hotel ...und werde es bestimmt niemanden weiter empfehlen!!!!!!!

Pros:

Die Lage war gut, nahe am Ortskern, guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Das Zimmer war groß genug und auch im Badezimmer gab es ein Fenster.
Das Frühstück war ganz gut, die gekochten Eier allerdings steinhart.

Cons:

Es gab leider kaum Fernsehprogramme, wenigstens die öffentlich-rechtlichen hätten wir erwartet. Das ganze Hotel wirkt völlig überladen, in jeder freien Ecke steht etwas Kitsch herum, das war viel zuviel.

יש בעיר המון טבע שאפשר ללכת ולהיות בתוך היער.מיקום לא רחוק מאגם טיטיזי

ארוחת בוקר יחסית מצומצמת
חשבנו שהמלון נותן את הכרטיס האדום של היער השחור כי יצא כך בפרסומים , וכשהגענו התברר שלא. זה היה מאוד מאכזב וגרם להוצאה נוספת על אטרקציות

Pros:

Classico albergo tedesco, quindi una garanzia.
Camere accoglienti e pulite, zanzariere alle finestre e possibilità di usare il riscaldamento se necessario.
Bagno di stile un po' datato ma pulito e tenuto bene.
Colazione abbondante e varia della tradizione locale (quindi impostata soprattutto sul salato) servita in un ambiente tipico e curato.
Velocità nella risposta ai nostri quesiti usando il sistema di messaggi di Booking.

Cons:

Lo staff era poco presente (dalle 16.00 la reception è chiusa), ma il sistema di consegna delle chiavi ed il self check-in hanno funzionato molto bene.
