Comodo all'autostrada

Cons:

Alla fine ho pagato il doppio.
Non avevano visto la mia prenotazione su booking, quindi non hanno inviato il codice di accesso per entrare.
Ho dovuto usare il self check-in e pagare la tariffa doppia.
Ho presentato lamentela allo staff il mattino seguente, nessun risposta nè intervento sul prezzo.
Pessimo servizio e pessima accoglienza.

Cons:

Ich habe kurz nach Mitternacht eine Reservierung in Ihrem Hause vorgenommen und traf etwa eine Stunde später am Hotel ein. Leider war es mir nicht möglich, das Zimmer zu betreten. Die Check-in-Option am Eingang hat nicht funktioniert, da die von mir eingegebene Buchungsnummer vom System nicht akzeptiert wurde.

Zudem war Ihr Kundenservice zu diesem Zeitpunkt telefonisch nicht zu erreichen. Infolgedessen war ich gezwungen, die gesamte Nacht im Freien zu verbringen.

Die gebuchte Leistung hoffe ich wird nich von meinem Konko abgebucht.

Jobb, mint vártam. Pár napos tartózkodásra is megfelelő.

Személyzet segítőkész, barátságos hozzáállása, tisztaság, reggeli.

Cons:

Mivel több napig voltunk ott, ruhákat nehéz volt elhelyezni. Az ágymatrac puha volt.

Urlaub an der Autobahn/Tankstelle mit Blick auf den großen Parkplatz (aber die Berge sieht man auch)
Pros:

Zimmergröße, gute Anordnung.

Cons:

Handtuchhalter war zwar am Strom und hat wichtig geblinkt, wurde aber nicht warm.
Eine der beiden Zimmerkarten hat beim sperren des Zimmers mehrmals nicht funktioniert.

Cons:

This hotel is located far away from any city — it is a highway hotel situated next to gas stations. I definitely do not recommend it for those planning to travel by public transport, as buses and trains do not go there; we waited 4 hours for a taxi.
Also, be sure to carefully check the address: you must enter the hotel name first and only then the address, otherwise navigation may take you to the town of Flauwinkl to a completely different hotel (which is exactly what happened to us).
After 7 p.m., no one answers the phone. The food in the restaurant is very expensive, and no one speaks English.
