They said to cancel the booking and we will accomodate in other hotel with the name Hotel Star. And that hotel was poor in services.

Mene 2023 main visit kya tha tb naya naya tha hotel uski waja se aj 2026 july 29 ko dubara stay kya lekin bht bekar experience raha koi service nh dete 10 bar reception per call kro phr b nh service or subha ka brakefast to mila he nh buffet system tha lekin 9:30 bjy he chai nh thee phr chai ai to parathy khtm phr paratha aya to omelette khtm koi system sahi nh koi tareeka nh bekar bht stay nh krna chahye

Specifically every staff member met with a smile on face and that is a very big comfort for a person who is coming with a family from another province
The staff were all very kind, polite and helpful. Even helped us with information about the city. The location is good, not very far from central shopping areas or attractions.
Maybe just a little bit of work to be done in maintaining cleanliness of the rooms. Otherwise everything was great
The hotel is in a very strategic location, with plenty of shops and mosques nearby. The staff were incredibly understanding, hospitable, and friendly to us. My friends and I truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again soon. Pakistanis are genuinely so kind & generous! Mera bani, dir manana! 🙏
Maybe add option for guests to choose either coffee/chai as part of the breakfast set.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 15 days, and I had a truly wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. What really made the visit exceptional, however, was the management. The manager was incredibly supportive, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made me feel welcome and well taken care of.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and reliable place to stay. I would definitely return!
