Pool med skovudsigt
Pros:

Meget venligt personale. Rigtig godt og smukt poolområde. Smuk gåtur til skov og flod lige uden for hotellets dør.

Cons:

Vores værelse lå ud til ret trafikeret vej med larm. Restauranten holder lukket tirsdag til torsdag - det havde vi overset ved booking.

Angebotenes Wellness und Frühstück waren gut.
Pros:

Schöne Wellnessanlage mit Innen & Auẞenpool und hängende Liegen mit Waldblick, Fussläufig nach Oetz mit großer Restaurantauswahl. Frühstück: für jeden was dabei.

Cons:

Zimmer an der Durchgangsstraße war laut.
Kaffee war zu stark.

Rundum ein wundervolles Team in einem tollen Hotel und einer super Lage
Pros:

Lage TOP - nahe zu kleineren Ausflügen zum See oder nach Oetz

Personal - einfach nur super nett und hilfsbereit, kein Wunsch bleibt offen

Frühstück - gut, für 4 Sterne, etwas mehr Perfektion erwartet, aber es gibt einfach alles was man gerne frühstückt. Lag vielleicht auch an der Nebensaison.

Pool - ist einfach nur toll und immer warm. Kinderlandschaft für alle Kinder, jeden Alters was dabei.

Wellness - die Keto Saune im Freien war toll. Perfekt wäre noch ein Angebot an Massagen gewesen. Bademantel und Schlappen zum Ausleihen.

Appartement - super mit zwei Schlafräumen und einem Essebereich, Blick in den Wald und jedes Zimmer hat einen Balkon. Handtücher und Badetücher wurden fast täglich gewechselt und der Müll entsorgt. Einfach top.

Restaurant im Hotel - alles hat super geschmeckt und das Fleisch immer auf den Punkt gebraten. Preise für Getränke vollkommen ok.

Cons:

Frühstück - das Rührei sollte nicht antrocknen, Pancakes öfter angeboten werden und die Behälter für Frischkäse immer voll

Pool - schade war nur, dass die Spieldüsen bei der Kinderlandschaft nicht gingen und nicht alle Massagedüsen

Wellness - etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber rundum nutzbar.

Appartement - für manche könnten die Matratzen etwas zu weich sein, ich habe super geschlafen.

Restaurant im Hotel - der Salat könnte etwas mehr pepp haben, besseres Dressing, einzelne Salate unterschiedlich anrichten, Der Preis von 23€ für 3 Stück Lände (geschmacklich super) mit Toast und Salat etwas hoch.

Die Wege vom Parkplatz zu den Appartements gleicht einem Labyrinth, aber wer gut zu Fuß ist, hat hier keine Probleme.

Bei einem älteren 4 Sterne Hotel eher meckern auf hohem Niveau. :-)

Das Kinderpool und auch das Aussenpool

Die Sauna ist zimmlich alt. Drinnen hat das Wirpool nicht funkzioniert. Das Restaurant hatte 2 Tage zu und wir wurden erst beim Ankunft informiert

Kurzurlaub trotz schlechten Wetter sehr erholsam für uns als Familie
Pros:

Waren im Kurzurlaub. Hat alles wunderbar gepasst. Restaurant sehr gut. Zimmer sauber. Betten gut. Wasserwelt super auch für die Kids inkl Sauna und Fitness.

Cons:

Aussenpool dürfte 1,2 Grad wärmer sein und Wasser war etwas trüb und schmutzig.

Potenzial nach oben ☺️
Pros:

Die Zimmer, also Wohnungen sind super. leider hatte wir pech mit den Eisheiligen. Die Zimmer waren dementsprechend Kalt. Das wir eine Küche hatten, haben wir bei der Buchung leider nicht realisiert. Kaffe und Wasser auf dem Zimmer wären noch Nett gewesen.

Cons:

Der Pool war zuerst sehr frisch, dann zu warm. Den Kinderteil war nich wirklich eingeschaltet, nur 1 Wasser Rutsche, die grosse ist nur 1 Tag gelaufen, danach nicht mehr. Das Frühstück war ok, aber jetzt auch nicht grandios. Der Spiel Bereich ist sehr spärlich und Billiard und Tisch Fussball kostet extra. Mann könnte echt was besseres aus dem Hotel machen.
