Would not stay here or recommend to anyone.
Pros:

The breakfast was the only saving grace of this hotel.

Cons:

The shiny lobby, entrance, and grandiose architecture contradict the quality of the room facilities. The rooms are so old-fashioned and run-down that some of the items could be in a museum. Don't even think about charging your electronics while using the lights and the fridge. The minibar was empty; bathroom amenities were disgusting even to touch, let alone use. The hallway carpets from the bygone era made carrying luggage to our room a challenging task.

Pros:

Понравилось, что есть хлеб безглютеновый вкусный. Очень хотелось бы на завтраке, как во многих отелях мира, видеть сладости без сахара и выпечку ПП.

Cons:

Очень жаль, что на завтраках исчезла скумбрия кусочками и белый сыр разных видов.

It was average.
Pros:

The location is great everything is nearby. Stuff also nice they’re smiling all the time and kind.

Cons:

The internet was biggest issue even though I called them to check for it nothing changed. When I wanted to use my cellular data also connection was weak. Another biggest problem was room is different then pictures. When I entered the room I was so disappointed. It was old and not modern. When I call reception about this matter the answer I got was “we have all the pictures of room in website you may speak with my manager.”
