Location and the food were excellent, but the poor cleanliness overshadowed our stay.

Location was good. Room was big. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. During our stay, the hotel was undergoing renovation, which caused several power outages.

The biggest issue, however, was that we found a cockroach in our room. We immediately informed the hotel staff, but instead of properly addressing the problem or offering another room, they only changed the bed sheets. This did not solve the issue and left us very disappointed.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, z hotelu można udać się pieszo w wiele miejsc które warto zobaczyć w mieście, blisko polecanych restauracji, fajny widok z okna, pomocna obsługa zwłaszcza Pan, który miał pomoc z bagażem.

Выкинули мои лекарства которые были в салфетке на столе , на завтра выкинули мое личное мыло которое я специально привезла, ни ушечисток, ни шапочек одноразовых для волос небыло в душе. Тв вообще не работает.

Vale à pena.
Pros:

O hotel está em perfeito estado. Alem disso, muitos tours saem de lá, o que é bastante conveniente. Adorei.

Cons:

Não gostei dos funcionários da recepção (salvo uma exceção!, cujo nome infelizmente não registrei!), que não estavam muito comprometidos em oferecer dicas ou mesmo com a satisfação dos hospedes.
