An amazing location! The view of the nearby mountains is incredible. The hotel is also located at the intersection of central streets, and there are a lot of cafes and restaurants around.
The hotel is quite old, which isn’t really a big problem.
What was more irritating was that I left my clothes for laundry and was told they would be ready the next day, but I had to ask about them two or three times before I got them back.
The same happened with the phone in my room. Once I called the reception, there was a problem with it — noise on the line made it difficult for both me and the receptionist to hear each other. I left a complaint about it, and a technician was supposed to come, but no one showed up in the end. So be prepared for this kind of minor irresponsibility.

Actually, room 1914 (we stayed there previous time) is much better than room 1822.

We stayed for 2 nights in the hotel, the lobby spacious while this hotel is strategically located near the city
This hotel serves good breakfast spread and their staff is so alert.
Every part of the room, toilet are extremely clean. Bed and linens are excellent.
Overall a high standards facilities.
They seem to have a good security team.
We stayed for 2 nights in the hotel and rented a car . To our surprise, such a nice hotel does not have their own car parking for guests. When we ask ,mostly ALL front office staff had NO knowledge how parking is charged. They only know it is not complimentary. Booking. Com was also incorrect in their advice about the car parking here. We are surprised booking.com also not aware about this. Looks like everyone is totally “dark” about what is happening.
Hotel staff at Front Office was polite and friendly however they were not given proper communication as to the new parking system for hotel guests. Anyway throughout our stay the parking was free when we told them that we are guest and quote our room no.
The building is undergoing construction at level 12 and there is a lift dedicated to your construction workers however it is not properly programmed “not to open to all other floors”. You also do not place signage in one of the lifts for staff. It only shows inside the lift. Who will know that the lift is meant for workers when it opens at “ground floor” and every floor! This is very embarrassing for us to enter wrong lift. It is good if hotel place proper signages and control your lift especially those not allowed to be used by guests.
Lastly, our family checked in 2 rooms, however one room 1920 which had a double room with two single beds in one room and another a queen bed. To our surprise the room with two single beds has “ no aircond “. It rely on air-conditioning from the next room. As such the other room was warm during afternoon.
