Love the old school.rooms amd kitchen facilities. Bed was very comfortable.
Once you get out of the guests house immediate area it can be a little bit rough and ready.
It's a very comfortable and peaceful guesthouse. The building is cozy and historical. The owner, Nika, offers customer service you wouldn't even find in a 5-star hotel; she treats you like a guest, not just a customer. It's also very easy and quick to get to the downtown. The bus stop is right near the guesthouse, and you can reach the downtown in 15-20 minutes.

At around 0030 hours, myself and my wife were woken by loud noises coming from ground floor. It was that loud I thought it was burglars. Went downstairs and discovered that the owner was unloading belongings from her car with her children. I explained that I was woken by the noise, she apologised but continued with the racket until after 0100 hours, despite knowing that she was keeping us awake.

La atmosfera en general del alojamiento es genial, me pude sentir como en casa, es un espacio tranquilo muy acogedor y agradable. La atención de Nika es excelente, amable y atenta, me puso las cosas muy fáciles. El desayuno es super completo y la cocina esta disponible durante la estancia. Perfecto para quienes viajan solos para una o incluso varias noches.
Se encuentra en un barrio tranquilo y familiar, aunque se encuentra un poco lejos del centro. Hay una parada de bus a 1min, pero en fines de semana el bus pasa cada hora y puede limitarte el itinerario, entre semana parece que pasa cada 30min. En coche o uber son unos 10-15min de trayecto.

I love the shower and the shower head. The water pressure was perfect, and the water was very refreshing.
The Parking was a little small for a pickup truck.

House is organized and labeled so you don’t have to fumble around.
During my stay the property had an issue with the shower. There technically wasn’t any hot water. But the management on site alerted me of the issue and how to still be able to operate the shower. I only had a two night stay so this wasn’t a big issue for me.
The house was a great B&B, clean and refreshingly reminding me of a family value of taking care of family and guests.
A great breakfast and the host friendly manner that started the day off right.
