Pros:

Хозяин очень доброжелательный. Сделали белый картон, без проблем. Если нужна комната за невысокую цену, эту могу рекомендовать.

Cons:

Окно выходит на сторону кафе, немного шумновато вечером. С детьми будет не очень удобно подниматься по лестнице, крутая.

Fantstische Lage, wenn man in Zemun zu Fuß unterwegs ist. Unschlagbares Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Lage, Air Condition, netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, Gelsenstecker (!), WLAN, Lage :-)

Cons:

Bad/WC schon etwas renovierungsbedürftig, Bett und Polster hart, minimale Ausstattung, teilweise fehlende Handläufe am Gang

Номер не ухоженный. Зачуханый.

В номере сломана дверь. На стенах следы от обуви ( били комаров). Много косяков

Pros:

В целом всё понравилось (останавливался на 2 ночи, приходил, чтобы только принять душ и переночевать). Удобный вход (отдельно от входа в кафе, который в первый раз приходится поискать), рядом много кафе, ресторанов, кофеен, остановка автобусов до центра, достопримечательности района Земун, в частности набережная Дуная. В номере тоже есть все, кроме того, о чем написал, что мне не понравилось. Ну и немного подлатать душевую кабину как будто стоит.

Cons:

В душевой хотелось бы наличие раковины и полочки, куда можно поставить гигиенические принадлежности: зубную щётку и пасту

Ήταν αποπνικτικο το δωμάτιο.φουλ κουνούπια. Ψυχοπλακωτικο, χαμηλότατο με έναν φωταγωγο. Και τα κλινοσκεπασματα γκρι σκούρα. Βρώμικα? Καθαρά?
