1) Food quality served was good.
2) Clean and big rooms.

Cons:

1) Misleading information regarding hotel listed in the portal such as Executive Lounge facility which is not actually available.
2) Complimentary breakfast had no provision for juice.
3) Restaurant menu had limited option for dishes.

Pros:

I liked all the facilities at the hotel. The best part was that we lost a gold ring after checking out and only realised it was missing in the evening. We called the hotel immediately, and they found the ring and kept it safely for us to collect later.

No major issues faced. We enjoyed our stay. Many Thanks to the courteous staff at Swanotel
Pros:

Good Location, Courteous and Very helpful staff at the front desk (Richa), Housekeeping (Montu-da), Restaurant staff and Aman (Operations Manager).
Value for Money
Breakfast options, Washing Machine and Dryer
Other essential items (e.g. toiletries, iron etc.) were available at short notice/call

Cons:

Breakfast option was predictable. Suggest the following options
1. Eggs to Order (v/s only boiled eggs everyday)
2. Fruit juice/Chaas/Lassi
3. Cut fruits can have more option (instead of watermelon and limited/hard papaya)
