Pros:

I liked all the facilities at the hotel. The best part was that we lost a gold ring after checking out and only realised it was missing in the evening. We called the hotel immediately, and they found the ring and kept it safely for us to collect later.

No major issues faced. We enjoyed our stay. Many Thanks to the courteous staff at Swanotel

Good Location, Courteous and Very helpful staff at the front desk (Richa), Housekeeping (Montu-da), Restaurant staff and Aman (Operations Manager).
Value for Money
Breakfast options, Washing Machine and Dryer
Other essential items (e.g. toiletries, iron etc.) were available at short notice/call

Cons:

Breakfast option was predictable. Suggest the following options
1. Eggs to Order (v/s only boiled eggs everyday)
2. Fruit juice/Chaas/Lassi
3. Cut fruits can have more option (instead of watermelon and limited/hard papaya)

Pros:

The hotel was very comforting and everyone was very helpful to us. I would suggest travellers, family etc. to book this hotel for a wonderful stay. Further the food was very homely and delicious.

Cons:

Geyser capacity was not sufficient for a complete shower. Beds felt like older ones. Entrance to the hotel was confusing.
