Хочу поделиться впечатлением о недельном проживании в отеле İstanbul Guesthouse. Рассматривали отель, чтобы можно самим приготовить завтрак или ужин, в Стамбуле цены сильно стали высокими на еду в кафе по сравнению с нашим пребыванием пол года назад. Номер чистый, придраться пря не к чему. Укомплектован плитой, духовкой -Все рабочее и все удобно. Достаточно тарелок, ложек, чашек. Был один ковш , одна сковородка и одна огромная кастрюля ( не ясно для чего, там можно слона сварить) . Не хватает сковородки , крышек к ковшу и небольшой кастрюли. Холодильник супер. Кондиционер отличный - охлаждает комнату хорошо , на кухню не хватает. Есть стиральная машина с сушкой - мы не пользовались. Телевизор со спутниковыми каналами, но нам не удалось подключить и сотрудники отеля тоже не помогли в этом вопросе. Район супер. рядом кафешки , маленький Мигрос ( продукты) - можно купить необходимое. Но, лучше идти на соседнюю улицу там и фруктовые лавки и большой супемаркет , где есть все и рыба и мясо ( но, цены высокие) . Сейчас в июле дешево овощи и фрукты по сравнению с ценами в Москве. Рядом метро Таксим, рядом набережная ГАЛАТОПОРТ. Район отличный, тихо по вечерам и ночам, оочень красиво на улицах по вечерам, атмосферно. Кровать, выше всяких похвал- матрас, подушки, чистейшее постельное белье- такого уровня удобства не встречали нигде. Однозначно шикарное место. Рекомендую!
Заезд в отель в 15-00. Мы приехали в 15-00, номер не был готов. Сказали идти гулять 40 минут. Это странно- потому как выезд из номера в 11.00
Excellent large apartments! New refurbished, clean and equipped with everything necessary. Great location in Chihangir district, plenty of nice restaurants nearby, Just 15 minutes by feet to the tram station.
The only cons is that there's only one bathroom, not enough for such large apartment. I suggest to install a shelf for shampoo inside the douche cabin as well.
Tout, le personnel à l'accueil disponible 24h/24, quartier extrêmement calme, la propreté de l'appartement ! Spacieux, bien équipé, bref que du bonheur :)

Exceeded our expectations. We loved the location in a less touristy part of town, full of bars, restaurants and shops.
Great size and so useful to have a washing machine. The staff were very friendly and were available 24/7.
Modern gebouw met 11 appartementen. We hadden nr 3 op de eerste verdieping. Prachtig appartementje met zeer goede bedden, mooie badkamer met zeer goede douche. Rituals aanwezig met handwash, shampoo en douchegel. Mooie keuken maar wij hebben deze niet gebruikt. Alleen de 4 nespresso cups waren welkom. Er is zelfs een wasmachine met wasmiddel. Alles in nieuwe staat en zeer proper. ‘S nachts altijd rustig geweest. Goede ligging. Dichtbij Taksimplein, cafés, restaurants en ontbijtgelegenheden. Ook trams, bussen en boten niet ver weg. Vriendelijk personeel. Perfect!!
Tv alleen aanwezig met apps (android tv) dus je kan niet even zappen. Goede ligging maar wel hoog. Je moet altijd weer steile trappen naar boven vanaf de zee. Je moet dus zeker zeer goed te been zijn.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with balcony! Matt the hotel manager is a great host! Plenty of restaurants in the area and supermarket a couple of foors away! A most stay if you are coming to Istanbul!

كانت اقامة جميلة في شقة جميلة مع موظفين جيدين ومتعاونين. والشقة كانت عبارة دورين، الدور الارضي غرفة نوم سرير مزدوج و صالة صغيره ومطبخ متكامل صغير وحمام مع مغسلة ملابس والدور الثاني كانت عبارة عن غرفة نوم بسريرين فردي وشرفة كبيره باطلاله جميله على المدينة والبحر.

Property was very lovely, comfortable & extremely well located. Around the area you can find a lot of restaurants for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Easy to go anywhere from this area and explore the city. Calm, nice and relaxing atmosphere around. The flat was very nice and well equipped. Personnel was lovely & helpful! :)
