Good views, probably not for everyone
Pros:

The location was okay, but if you need to eat, you will need to catch a tram back to the city, especially on a weekend when the coffee shops are shut. The room is a private room in a big residential building, so the owner is off site and the staff at the front desk were very helpful as we had trouble checking in. It has a nice view of Melbourne. We didn't use the pool, it looked nice.

Cons:

The check in process, I didn't realise that until I had booked and paid that I then needed to do a Google document login, and then upload my photo ID, and then deposit a security deposit, (something I have never experienced with BOOKING.COM interstate or overseas before) the deposit took over 4 weeks to return after I had chased it up (booked and paid under different names) the check in experience was poor, the owner was busy and hadn't sent the details of the key box, there is only one key, so if you are a family it's not ideal as you need the key to lock the door when you leave.

The apartment and location were excellent, neat tidy and clean with awesomeviews. The communication with the owner was very easy, they were a pleasure to deal with and highly recommend this accommodation.

Snazzy. Excellent location and view and the pool and steam room were relaxing

Pros:

Amazing view and full equipped facilites. Easy checkin & checkout with full apartment booking.
Very Close to free tram stop.

Cons:

If luggage storage is provided with reasonable price, it will be better.
Some mis-understanding about the number of pax stayed in the hotel but it was solved properly.

The best river view in Melbourne?! Balcony amazing - super comfy spacious room
Pros:

I loved the room, the view, the location! Everything was great, even the decor, and the kitchen was really well equipped. I also loved the pool.

Cons:

The one quibble I have is that getting in and out of the buiding
