The loaction, the room, the view
The high cost for parking, only receiving the mandatory checkin form the day of check in. And the form did not work on my phone. If someone is unable to use the form there should be an option to do it at the accomodation.
I had a lovely stay. The property was perfect with beautiful water views. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!
Nice location very close to the tram station and Mozhgan is a amazing person…always patient, reliable and knowledgeable!! Room very tidy with a wonderful view of river…living here is like a dream!!

Very modern 2 bedroom apartment, one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on! Apartment was very clean, easy walking distance to Marvel Stadium, great views and was a very quiet location. Clear and easy to follow instructions provided regarding check in/out processes. Beautiful indoor pool available to use. With a booking genius discount and online special price at the time we booked this was very good value for money.
We were only told 24 hours before our stay that we had to pay a $300 refundable security deposit direct to a bank account - I believe this should have been clearly advised when booking but it was not stated in the booking terms. While we were happy to pay this it did take a week to get our refund. We also had to fill out a google document which asked for a photo of my passport or ID which I again found strange so I only provided an ID number as I did not want some stranger to have a copy of my ID.
Location was key for us as we had other family close by. Secure undercover parking.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The view was absolutely beautiful, especially overlooking the river and the city. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, public transport, and all the main attractions. Mozhgan was also very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
