Ok for single night
Pros:

Complementary airport shuttle. Helpful staff who carried your luggage as there was no lift available.

Cons:

No elevator and stairs are kind of narrow.

I would not stay there again
Pros:

It was very close to the airport, free shuttle to the airport

Cons:

The bedsheets and pillows had a lot of dirty stains, the shower head was in the middle of a small bathroom so it flooded the whole space when in use

good stay met my expectations.
Pros:

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, organizing a car tour of the city's sights. Although the view from the window wasn't great, the hotel was well-located away from the main road, minimizing noise. I recommend it as a transit option, as it's a 10-minute drive from the airport. Transfers are included in the hotel price.

Cons:

a bit too much dust on the shelves.

Not great.
Pros:

Location was good, not too far from the airport.

Cons:

Unclean bedding on one of the beds, a bloodstained pillow and holes in the sheet on another bed. Room was not stocked with any drinks as stated at reception, very hot, hadn’t been pre-cooled for our arrival. Mattresses too soft and very worn, there were dips in them. No breakfast provided because we were leaving early and they would not accommodate. Poor value for money compared to another airport hotel in Mumbai which charged less but provided a minibar, free soft drinks and a plate of biscuits and fruit (which would have sufficed for breakfast), which we stayed at 2 weeks prior on arrival in Mumbai.

Pros:

The rooms were clean and comfortable, bathrooms were also modern. The location is very good, metro stop Airport Road is right next to the hotel and Marol Naka metro stop which connects to the airport is 500m away. It hardly takes 10 minutes to the airport by car and they offer a shuttle service.

Cons:

They took 3.5% of the total as a fee for international credit card use. At a hotel close to the airport in Mumbai I would expect to be able to use international credit card without such a big fee. The breakfast opens relatively late so they offered to deliver us omelettes to the room earlier, but in the end we got them 30 minutes later than the agreed time which made our departure quite hectic.

Comfortable stay near the airport with reasonable price. Airport pick up/drop is a bonus.
Pros:

We stayed for two days. Hotel does not have a restaurant on site. Breakfast was good on 1st day but there was no choice for breakfast on 2nd morning as it was Sunday. Location was good, near airport. We loved complementary airport pick up.
Smita at the reception was very kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

We would have liked a restaurant and breakfast choice.

Convenient for a layover with 24hr collection and drop off.
Pros:

I guess the main benefit of the hotel is the proximity to BOM airport and the free pick-up and drop off service at anytime of day or night. I had a five hour layover and it was great for a shower and nap before heading back to departures. The nearby hotel to the left has a good bar.

Cons:

The shower was pretty week, the bed had a slightly unclean feel to it and the room was in need of a good clean.

Pros:

空港送迎を手配してくれて助かった。空港まで10分程度。（が、到着時の待ち合わせ場所が分かりづらくて少し迷った）。朝ごはんは食事はホテルで調理しておらず、注文するスタイル。食事が運ばれるまで少し時間がかかるので早めに注文した方が良い。空港から近くて、送迎付き、直前の予約だったが7000円で宿泊でき、スタッフも親切、施設もそれなりなので満足でした。

Suitable for a very short stay close to the airport if you get it for the lower price.
Pros:

The location was perfect to be close to the airport. The staff were very helpful by carrying my bag and providing me with a power adaptor.

Cons:

The room was slightly shabbier than it looked in the photos, with some stains on the walls and not the comfiest mattresses. No onsite restaurant or place to eat. The price I paid for the room was more than it was worth, but the rate for other dates looked more appropriate.
