Important information:

The spa is available at an additional cost and can hold a maximum of 30 guests at the same time. It is limited to 60 minutes per person and is only accessible to guests aged 18 and over. Massages and beauty treatments are available at an extra cost.

From Monday to Friday the spa is open in the afternoon. During weekends it is also open in the morning. The timetable is available at reception.

Tutto tranne la scortesia di qualche addetto alla reception.
Ho chiesto del direttore per autorizzare l’ingresso (avrei pagato) di mia figlia in piscina e fare conoscere la struttura. Volevamo organizzare un banchetto ma non ci è mai stato dato modo di sapere.
Ritengo pessimo questo comportamento.

Hotel molto bello, dalle grandi potenzialità, serve più attenzione per i particolari.

Servizio bar deludente per non dire assente.
Assenza di climatizzazione nelle aree comuni.
Abbiamo dovuto portare il latte senza lattosio a colazione, assurdo.

L’esterno è stupendo,anche l’interno della struttura,il personale è professionale e disponibile.

Nelle stanze ci sono le vasche e il doccino é un po scadente,é sicuramente più comoda la doccia,ovviamente non credo che tutte abbiano la stessa tipologia.

Buon hotel fuori Manfredonia
Pros:

Buon hotel poco fuori Manfredonia, grande e con una bella piscina circondata dal
giardino. Pulito e ottimo per un soggiorno breve. Buona colazione, il personale di sala è molto attento e gentile, caffetteria ottima.

Cons:

L’accoglienza alla reception è un po’ scortese: non è possibile per nessuna ragione al mondo accedere alle camere prima dell’orario previsto e quando si arriva in anticipo l’unica possibilità è stare in attesa nella piccola hall, il personale è molto freddo e nell’attesa non offre nemmeno di poter accedere alla piscina.
