Great location for exploring, excellent staff but noisy
Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. It's a gorgeous hotel and location is fantastic for exploring Siena. Hotel and room were very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was basic but did the job.

Cons:

The hotel is quite noisy. I was next to the Cleaner's cupboard and was woken up each morning by people going in it. The marble floors are stunning but it makes for a lot of noise with people going back and forth to their rooms. My room had very limited natural light but they aren't all like this so just luck of the draw.

Pros:

Breakfast and location were very good.
Staff were welcoming and helpful with our questions.
Room was clean however staff didn’t replace used coffee cups, plates or discard of empty bottles.

Cons:

Most disappointing thing was uncomfortable beds and pillows.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a stunning setting.
Pros:

Excellent hotel situated on the edge of the old city of Siena. Beautifully decorated with spotless rooms and excellent bathing facilities. The breakfast was ample and very good quality. The staff were incredibly helpful, polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Cons:

The only slight downside was the lack of a lift. That said, the staff were happy to deliver our bags to the room so not much of an issue.

nice stay, but will look elsewhere for our next visit.
Pros:

breakfast was good. hotel provided private paring for our rental car which was one of the reasons i booked this hotel.

Cons:

the "queen" bed requested was 2 twin beds pushed together, with 1 of the beds a slight bit taller with a slanted mattress. staff was prompt in providing a topper the next morning when i asked but it still felt wrong, ended up rolling down the tilted side and sleeping in the crack that could still be felt despite the topper
we had heavy luggage, wished the hotel had an elevator but that was on me to check it out before we booked.

Pros:

Le déjeuner était bon. L’accueil était particulièrement chaleureux lors nous rentrions dans l’établissement. L’hôtel est placé de façon idéale pour visiter les lieux touristiques et près d’un arrêt de bus.

Cons:

La propreté de la chambre était correcte.

Cons:

The hotel is a little dated, and little things like paper cups in the room could be changed for china!. Not having a lift is difficult with your luggage when your on the 2nd floor, and parking is challenging.....However, it's a charming hotel and the reception staff are lovely and incredibly helpful with all your needs

Good location but a poor nights sleep.

Cons:

Sadly can’t recommend because of the noise, I was on the ground floor next to the toilet and the noise of the flushing was so loud it woke me up in the night. I was close to the lobby and every morning at 6:30 it was very noisy. Outside the hotel there was also loud noise, church bells in the morning and some sort of loud funfair music until the middle of the night. The staff were lovely though.

Pros:

Hotel incrível, quarto enorme, limpo e organizado. A equipe foi muito atenciosa, e a comida do restaurante era excelente. Fui durante minha lua de mel, e ainda entregaram uma garrafa de champanhe para nós. A localização é excelente. Valeu a pena!
