Thank to Najim and the team who made my stay amazing
Pros:

I was greeted by Najim on arrival who was the manager, who was fantastic he welcomed me to the appartment. The apparentment was clean spacious and had all amenities I could wish for. ac was cold tv was modern

Cons:

How modern everything is and how well everything worked. The space is incredible.

Cons:

Service from kitchen area takes too long to reach the areas near the seafront side. Need more waiters/waitresses.

Nice hotel with great food and service - but loud music all day & night
Pros:

Nice hotel with outstanding staff and service. Tasty food and breakfast. Nice and clean room. Beautiful and well organized location. To mention again, service and staff are absolutely outstanding!

Cons:

Bed/matrace unfortunately not in the best condition anymore and defenitely not recommended if you are looking for a quiet place. Music played loud by every guest with portable speakers that get handed out at reception. Can be quite annoying sometimes. Also evening/night feels more like sleeping in the middle of a club. Party and loud music until around 5am every day of the week.

We had a wonderful time at Jumeirah Beachfront Hotel and really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The rooms are very spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and, importantly, everything was in good working condition. The hotel also has two swimming pools, which our children really enjoyed. The beach is right outside the hotel and is visible from both the living room and the main bedroom. Although we booked a garden-view room, we were still able to enjoy a beautiful view of the beach.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Special thanks to Najim, who contacted me and made sure all my needs were taken care of even before I arrived at the hotel. His attention and support made our stay much more comfortable.

Cons:

The only thing I would suggest for improvement is the swimming pool closing time. The pools close at 6:00 PM, which felt a little early, especially for families with children. Swimming was usually the last activity we did each day, so we often had to rush the kids out of the pool. It would be much better if the pools could remain open until around 8:00 PM or even a little later.

Relaxing, memorable and thoroughly enjoyable north coast stay
Pros:

our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable experience. The accomodation was comfortable, welcoming and ok maintained. There were various activities to keep you occupied and that surpassed our expectations. We could order freshly baked treats that would be delivered straight to us and the entertainment at the beach was awesome. The combination of friendly service, peaceful atmosphere and beautiful beach almost had me willing for time to stay still. it was memorable and I thank you Jumeirah beachfront team for that.

Cons:

Maybe a touch of paint on the walls - this is cosmetics just a suggestion

Amazing views and setting.
Pros:

I had a room right on the beach. The view was amazing along with the ocean sounds. Very nice staff.

Cons:

The food could have been a lot better. Also, one of the guests was careless and had his bag with his phone and other items stolen. It's not the hotel's fault, but worth mentioning to be careful of your belongings while on the beach. Also, whatever water they use for showering and teeth brushing is not normal filtered water. It's very salty and tastes like it comes from the sea. It doesn't make you feel unclean, but it is definitely not normal.

It's a nice, safe, and convenient option if you're staying in Mombasa.
Pros:

Size of the 3 BR apartment was spacious. The cooling system in 2 of the rooms was good. The staff came by everyday to offer to tidy up and clean. The security of the place was very good (gated with guard). The friendliness of the staff was very good (kudos to Salim!). The location was safe and near a beautiful beach. Town was a 2 minute tuk-tuk drive away. There was a place for us to do our own hand wash laundry with line dry. The management was very thoughtful in calling us to see if everything was to our satisfaction.

Cons:

There is no on-site fitness facility so I joined a nearby gym (Nyali Cross Fit, 2 minutes away by tuk-tuk). I would have preferred a hotel room for the three of us but the rooms have a max of 2 people so the only options were to get 2 hotel rooms or get the more expensive 3BR apartment. The apartments come in 3BR - 4BR.
