An amazing 10/10 stay with unforgettable memories and excellent service.
Pros:

We had an amazing five day stay in Mombasa with my family, and honestly, everything was perfect. The whole experience was 10/10 from the beautiful beach to the amazing service and hospitality. A special thank you to Najib for taking such great care of us throughout our stay. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and always made sure we had everything we needed. The security team at the beach were also amazing and made us feel very comfortable and well looked after. Every question we had was answered, and everyone was so welcoming and friendly. It genuinely felt like we were being taken care of from the moment we arrived. I would 100% recommend Jumeirah Beachfront to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Mombasa, especially for a family trip. We had an unforgettable time and would definitely come back again!

Scenic and central, best in the sea-view rooms.
Pros:

Clean, good breakfast and very scenic. Great for a relaxing vacation and quite close to lots of amenities and places to visit.

Cons:

Sometimes can get very noisy with the speakers they hire out with everyone playing different music, especially the studio rooms. The deluxe sea view and apartments are well away from this noise.

The reception lady gave me a free breakfast, eventhough the reservation did not include a breakfast.

Also the couches by the see, with the service gave me a very relaxing experience.

Wonderful and memorable stay !
Pros:

Spacious rooms, Walk to the beach, Water sports and Excursions, proximity to shopping malls and restaurants, but most of all the five star treatment from the staff. House keeping, security, water sports, room service and Guest relations were all amazing ! Kudos to Yunus, Pendo, Naeem, Ateeq and Najim for making our stay so memorable.

Cons:

It may be a marketing stint but was under the impression that the property I booked was a villa by the beach but found out to be a 4 bedroom serviced apartment. Food selection could be better and there was no dedicated restaurant apart from the outdoor tents that doubled as a bar and Shisha area which is not family friendly in the evenings with kids. Overall the staff just made our stay so enjoyable that we overlooked the initial disappointment.

Overall excellent. Customer service support was very nice and addressed any issues quickly.

I experienced issue with the restaurant. First day Friday was very dry and not good. Second day they sent the wrong order. They attempted to replace but was not timely.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the service was excellent. We also felt very safe and the security was great. We accidentally left our power bank and charger behind, and the next day they had been safely kept at Lost & Found for us to collect. We really appreciated the honesty and care. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel! ❤️
