A special thank you to Karibi at the Front Desk, who was incredibly welcoming and helped us find the best accommodation option at a great value. Nadim from Guest Relations was also exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our stay.

Their outstanding service made our experience truly memorable and is a big reason why we would happily return. Jumeirah Beachfront Hotel is a hidden gem, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mombasa.

Enjoyable and relaxing

My stay at Jumeirah was nothing short of amazing. As a solo traveler, I truly appreciated the warmth and attentiveness of the staff, especially Najim. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe, checking in on me daily to ensure I had everything I needed. His genuine kindness and professionalism made my experience feel personal and reassuring. The property itself was stunning, but it was Najim’s thoughtful care that made my stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend Jumeirah to anyone, and I’m especially grateful for the outstanding service I received.

The apartment was really spacious, especially the kitchen was huge. And AC was in each rooms. Hot water comes out well. The apartment is clean and the staffs were very kind and responding well. Pool in the apartment were big enough to swim back and forth. The food was available 24 hrs a day from the restaurant at the hotel. The pool at the hotel has a nice ocean view that we were able to enjoy the morning swim.

Cons:

When we arrive, there was no water or tea/coffee at the apartment as you would normally get at the hotel room. I later was informed that this is accommodation only and I couldn't find the fact anywhere when booking. But I was still able to use the facility at the hotel on the other side. So you should know you need to bring amenities with you. It would be nice if the kettle and pots were upgraded.And the beach is not accessible from 6Pm for a security purpose. The hotel is packed with locals from outside at night on the weekends. Not so peaceful and quiet.
