Die Lage direkt an der Maas ist schön, das Umfeld etwas ungepflegt,die Wege zu den Restaurants lang

Heerlijk hotel, vriendelijk personeel en fijn centraal gelegen!
Pros:

Perfecte locatie! Aangezien mijn man jarig was hadden ze een klein flesje bubbels neergezet, heel leuk. We hadden een upgrade gekregen dus een fijne en extra grote kamer. Heerlijk donker door de zonwerende gordijnen en met deze temperaturen fijn dat er airco’s hingen die het echt goed koel hielden.

Cons:

Heel fijn hotel maar als ik iets moet noemen had het ontbijt misschien iets uitgebreider gemogen. Was lekker maar niet heel bijzonder.

A perfect stay with outstanding staff, excellent value, and a great location—we’ll definitely recommended!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Suitehotel Pincoffs. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and in a perfect location. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was comfortable, well-equipped, and spotless. We also felt that the hotel offered excellent value for money. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

We didn’t have any complaints. Everything was excellent, and our stay was very enjoyable.

Mooi hotel maar service schiet zwaar tekort.
Pros:

Het is werkelijk een prachtig hotel: qua pand. De hal, de imposante gangen, de bar, de ontbijtzaal, allemaal schitterend

Cons:

Een nette kamer maar het bed: nog nooit eerder meegemaakt, het bed schoot omhoog wanneer ik ging zitten (nb heb een normaal gewicht). Iedere keer een schrikmoment. In de badkamer twee spots boven het bad maar bij de wasbak & spiegel totaal geen licht; opmaken lukt niet door het ontbreken van licht. Hiervoor moet je voor het raam gaan zitten.

We hadden een strijkijzer nodig: ipv dat deze naar de kamer werd gebracht moesten we hiermee zelf over de gangen slepen.

Verder het ontbijt en personeel in de ontbijtzaal. Zeer jong personeel die duidelijk nog niet ingewerkt waren. Een goedemorgen bij het inchecken was al lastig. Verder moesten we overal om vragen. Er lag geen bestek op tafel: even later vonden we het bestek, gewikkeld in servet, bovenop de gebruikte servetten van onze voorgangers…hoe bizar en vies.

Op de vraag wat er in de schalen zat: yoghurt of kwark kreeg ik geen antwoord. Is het kwark? Ja ik denk het wel…heb je ook yoghurt…nee dat denk ik niet. Later vond ik in een andere hoek soja-yoghurt: het pak was leeg. Vanochtend was de broodhoek compleet leeg terwijl het ontbijt nog een uur genuttigd kon worden en de zaal vol zat. Het werd niet aangevuld. En zo kan ik nog wel even doorgaan. Voor een hotel met zoveel aanzien cq sterren mag het bovenstaande niet voorkomen.

Optimal für einen Besuch in Rotterdam
Pros:

Ein großartiges Hotel. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Ruhig, obwohl fussläufig schnell in der Innenstadt. Das Zimmer war riesig und wunderbar gestaltet. Die Betten superbequem. Kaffeemaschine steht im Zimmer bereit. Personal ist zuvorkommend und sehr nett. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis top. Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.
