Pros:

The room was clean and quite big. Few minutes walking from the center. Owner/staff was extremely nice and helpful for any need we had!

Pros:

It’s close to everything, with a really nice, clean interior, and an easy walk to bars and restaurants. Overall, the value is so much better than staying in Cancun City - have to pay more than double for something similar there. Definitely one of the best choices for visiting Tulum for relax and enjoy the chill vibe!

Super, leichte Mängel in Sauberkeit und Küchenausstattung.
Pros:

Beratung vom eigentümer. sehr groß . fahrräder und roller zum ausleihen bereit.lage war super direkt an einem supermarkt und der hauptstraße. pool ist sauber und gemütlich. bett ist komfortabel und sehr groß .

Cons:

es gab leider zwei mängel die ausstattung in der küche war etwas bedürftig wir hätten gerne mehr besteck gebraucht und einen größeren topf. Leider gab es auch Kalkablagerungen an Dusche etc.

El personal es muy atento. Me dieron la habitación antes de la hora de entrada. Hay tres supermercados cerca. La decoración de la habitación está bien cuidada.

Un super séjour dans cet hôtel, très bien situé, très propre avec un excellent rapport qualité prix ! Je recommande

Le rapport qualité prix : prix très peu élevé par rapport aux prix du Mexique. La chambre était dans un très bon état, tout était parfait. La piscine est un plus !

One night in Tulum
Pros:

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, camera ampia e confortevole. La struttura ha anche una piccola piscina comune molto utile. Staff molto attento alle esigenze.

ホストはこちらの希望に寄り添って対応してくれました
立地は治安もよく、中心地からは少し離れているかもだが
（車や自転車があればなんの問題もない）
その分静かに過ごすことができる
歩いてすぐのところにスーパーマーケットが二つあるのでなんら困ることはない

最後にホストのママが最高の人物であったことをお伝えしたい

ただひとつ部屋の窓が開けづらかったのが残念でした
テラスがあるの利用したいがやや躊躇した
せっかくなのでもう少しテラスを楽しみたかった

Wonderful relaxing stay in Tulum
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Gardenia Collective, from pre arrival courtesy messages of check in to the stay and at check out, Jose Manuel was super attentive and kind, always ready to assist with any question. The room was so spacious and wow the bed was so comfortable, I enjoyed relaxing here so much and the whole stay in general. The internet connection was good for working and general use, the TV connected to Netflix easily, there is a couple of restaurants and a large supermarket just at the end of the road and it was very easy to head into town and catch collectivos around to places. There is a little plunge pool to cool off on level 1 and there is a nice looking cafe downstairs which I never made it to but hope to try in the future. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay :)
