Wonderful relaxing stay in Tulum
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Gardenia Collective, from pre arrival courtesy messages of check in to the stay and at check out, Jose Manuel was super attentive and kind, always ready to assist with any question. The room was so spacious and wow the bed was so comfortable, I enjoyed relaxing here so much and the whole stay in general. The internet connection was good for working and general use, the TV connected to Netflix easily, there is a couple of restaurants and a large supermarket just at the end of the road and it was very easy to head into town and catch collectivos around to places. There is a little plunge pool to cool off on level 1 and there is a nice looking cafe downstairs which I never made it to but hope to try in the future. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay :)

立地は治安もよく、中心地からは少し離れているかもだが
（車や自転車があればなんの問題もない）
その分静かに過ごすことができる
歩いてすぐのところにスーパーマーケットが二つあるのでなんら困ることはない

最後にホストのママが最高の人物であったことをお伝えしたい

Cons:

ただひとつ部屋の窓が開けづらかったのが残念でした
テラスがあるの利用したいがやや躊躇した
せっかくなのでもう少しテラスを楽しみたかった

Voor een nacht prima
Pros:

Het ontbijt was inbegrepen en we hadden een ruime keuze. Dit wordt aangeboden bij het cafe dat onder de locatie zit. Wij hebben hier ook een scooter gehuurd. Bed was klein maar goed. Badkamer was erg smal.

Cons:

Kleine kamer, wel een raam maar op een dode muur. Van een kamer die met een 9 wordt beoordeeld verwacht ik meer.

Pros:

Sehr schönes großes Zimmer, mit großem Bad.
Es gibt eine Frühstück Karte und es ist sehr lecker.

ESTANCIA MUY AGRADABLE! GRACIAS
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, muy céntrico, a unos pasos del hotel la Av. Coba, para tomar taxi fácilmente, también dos supermercados, el Parque del Jaguar y Zona Arqueológica super cerca en transporte público o carro. La atención de Juan Manuel y su mamá excelente. Tiene un Jacuzzi para disfrutar ya por la tarde, después de una gran caminata. Super relajante! En general muy limpio todo, la habitación, ropa de cama, toallas. Excelente!!

Cons:

Lo único que no nos agrado fue que tuvimos que subir y bajar el equipaje dos niveles. No estaba incluido el desayuno, por lo que no podemos opinar sobre ello.

Chambre propre. Très calme, c'est assez rare au Mexique pour le souligner
Bien placé dans le centre à proximité des restaurants. On rejoint facilement la plage et les cenotes en vélo ou scooter
Il n'y a pas de réception je n'ai pas croisé de personnel mais ils sont disponibles et très réactif par whatsapp

Very comfortable space
Pros:

A nice big room with a comfy bed. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Value for money was amazing. Location was on the edge of town, but a few streets from lots of street food, huge supermarket down the road and other bars too.
