Only location of the property is the advantage of it
Staff was rude and not helpful at all, the room was Dirty and full of Bugs, in the morning we were fully bitten by them. Moreover the bathrooms in the facility were dirty and disgusting. Although the accommodation is relatively cheap it’s far from being good value for money. Absolute disaster.

Barátságos személyzet. Biztonságos autó parkoló. Könnyen megkozelithető.
Kényelmetlen ágyak (elvolt szakadva )TV nézhetetlen volt,WI-FI re nem lehetett csatlakozni, vagyis nem volt internet kapcsolat, 5 személyre foglaltunk és 4 személyre volt ágy. Zajos szomszédok.

Nisam dobio sobu koju smo rezervirali, ali OK, i ova je bila maltene ista, tvrdi kreveti koji škripe, prljav ručnik za ruke, tuš kabina nema zastor pa poprskaš pola kupatila, TV ne radi. Koncept je takav da jednu kuhinju dijeli više soba, pa su u toj kuhinji cijelu noć drugi gosti pričali, nismo mogli spavati, čak sam u 4 ujutro morao izaći iz sobe i reći im da se stišaju. Ali to nije sve, najveći problem je što je doručak za nas bio dogovoren u 9 ujutro, bio je postavljen ranije i gosti iz drugog apartmana se pojeli gotovo sve, jer kažem, koncept je takav da je kuhinja zajednička, pogledajte sliku što je nas dočekalo za doručak.

I've requested a room on a high floor and it was accepted. The room was nice, decent size, and clean. There was quiet at night. The shared bathroom was clean and big.
I mainly had an issue with the staff and their attitude. Firstly, the check-in hours are very limited and inconvenient. I feel as if this was done intentionally to collect additional fees.
Since I was supposed to attend activities on the other side of the city (1 hour away) and arrived early, I verified with them in advance - both by messages and by phone - that I would be able to leave my suitcase there and complete the check-in process early. I did not even need access to the room; I simply wanted to avoid unnecessary commuting across the city if there was an option not to. I was told that it was fine.
However, when I arrived as agreed, I was suddenly told that early check-in costs an additional 20 euros. They had made me travel from the other side of the city based on false information. I refused to pay and was then told to come back again during the regular check-in hours.
Because I had to travel twice across the city, I lost valuable time, missed a tour I had planned, and experienced a lot of unnecessary stress. I don't think I was entitled to an early check-in, and I would have completely understood if they had rejected my request or informed me in advance that there was an additional fee. But misleading a guest like this, especially when I had limited time in the city, was simply wrong.
Another serious issue is an electrical problem in part of the building. The owners/staff seem to be aware that some rooms have no electricity, yet they still advertise and rent out these rooms. My room had electricity, however, I spoke to another guest whose room did not. Since it was the CL weekend and accommodations in the city were fully booked, he was left with no alternative but to stay there. They gave him an extension cord and told him to sleep with the door open because the cord prevented the door from closing. I find this unreasonable and concerning.
The location is far from the center, with very little around it.
Nulla. La prima stanza non aveva la corrente. Siamo stati così per 3 giorni. Poi ci hanno cambiato la camera ma esperienza deludente. Solo un asciugamano. Senza servizi di cortesia. Mai visto nessuno del personale. Vicini rumorosi a tutte le ore anche alle 4 del mattino.
