Location across street from popular pub. People on street below room were noisy late in to the night. Bed was too soft

The hotel amenities are a little stretched when the hotel is full - we were unfortunately there during a major conference.

Pros:

The location was great. Fantastic view over Tromso Fjord. The breakfast excellent. The staff were nice.

Cons:

The room was dusty and a little grubby. The bathroom discoloured, dated & little yucky. Worn out furnishings, walls and carpets. Dirty rubbish bin. No tissues, slippers or robe. Needs a thorough cleaning and a proper vacuum. Able to see directly into other guest rooms. Basic amenities. I expected more for a 4 star hotel.

Skvělá lokalita - pár minut pěšky do přístavu, j veškerým obchodům atd. Pokoj menší, ale na přespání dostatečné. Vedke hotelu veřejné parkoviště (occa 150 NOK na noc levnější než parkování od hotelu).
