O hotel é ótimo, cafe da manha excelente, instalações ótimas, quarto grande e confortável com vista para o porto.
Porem em um dia que estava chovendo muito e inviavel de sair do hotel fomo até o Bar para jantar e a funcionária disse que não tinha mais vaga, sendo que havia limitado o espaço do jantar a um local bem pequeno, tendo visivelmente mais mesas no local. Questionamos entao se poderiamos pedir para comer no quarto e ela disse que nao pois só havia 1 chef disponível e ele estava sobrecarregado. Um hotel daquele tamanho, sem disponibilidade de jantar pois só havia 1 chef e ele esta a sobrecarregado?muito chato isso

Localização perfeita!
Pros:

Localização e conforto! O hotel fica muito bem localizado, fizemos tudo a pé. Vimos a Aurora Boreal do píer, ao lado do hotel. Café da manhã maravilhoso!

Pros:

La ubicacion y el desayuno completo.
Me jospedaria en otra cadena.

Cons:

Llegue a las 22.00 hs y la habitacion no estaba lista, faltsban las toallas y el.jabon y shsmpoo no funcionaban porque estaba roto el.dispenser.
La gente de la recepcion bastante maleducada ante las consultas.

Great choice while visiting Tromso easy access to all attactions with great staff.
Pros:

Room was comfortable clean and had a great view of the Harbor , Breakfast had enough choices for most dietary needs hot and cold beverages. Location of this hotel is top notch as most Northern lights tours leave from directly out front and has its own Roast restaurant and many other eateries a short walk from your door ,fast food and fine dining with all local attractions withing easy reach .

Cons:

No Disappointments to note.

A central location to most attractions and great views.
Pros:

Convenient location, central to most attractions, trip meeting points and stop for airport express. Great view from room, overlooking the harbour. Room was decent size and comfortable. Good cleanliness level.

Cons:

The tea available in the room could be more varied in flavours, particularly the Norway specials. Wanted to get tea from breakfast area to try in our room but was told off by the staff. Added a tinge of unpleasantness. But overall, good experience and convenient location.

Great location, sparse room.
Pros:

Great location near shopping and excursion meeting points. Aldo great view over harbor.

Cons:

Tiny room, interior steps, no coffee maker in room, restaurant was out of meals we wanted (but were on their menu).

Für einen kurzen Städtetrip gut geeignet.
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage in der Stadt und die Nähe zum Kai der Hurtigruten waren top.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer lief das Waschbecken nicht ab und der Mülleimer funktionierte nicht. Kleinigkeiten, die bei dem Preis jedoch den Gesamteindruck trüben.

Just perfect
Pros:

Perfect location right by the river. Bus stop is right at the hotel and most aurora tours start from this hotel as well. Its just a minute of walk from the market street and everything is very close by - cafes, restaurants, museums, etc.

The view from the hotel window, if opted for a river-view room, is also lovely.

Wonderful experience
Pros:

Amazing location and views - close to the pier, the museum, the ferry terminal, the bus terminal. Pick up for the Northern Lights tours at the hotel gate itself. Flybussen stop at the hotel entrance. Excellent breakfast spread (but beware, some items run out and are not replenished - was it accidental? I do not know). The staff at the breakfast area were very helpful.

Cons:

Replenishment of breakfast items in the buffet breakfast area seems to be an area needing special attention (especially, if there are conferences running in parallel)
