The staff was kind enough to firstly change our room to a warmer one and they were quick to respond and assist with my requests
The first room they gave us was fully tilled and cold even though they saw the weather was not fit for accommodating guests they thought that would be the first preference instead of the warmer rooms with a carpet. They didn’t have electricity and the generator ran out shortly after we arrived . We however didn’t stay too long in the dark as the power eventually came back on. The wall heater wasn’t functioning properly and we had to request for a second heater ( it came almost instantly so big ups to them for that)
The view
There was no TV in the room until I asked for it . The room had a terrible stanch from the carpet. WE found tooth pick and beer lids on the floor .No wifi . When I called to enquire . I was told that the hotel was fully booked and they could not move me .
Staff was very helpfull and friendly
Food was not sooooo great. Hot water in one of rooms.was a problem.
They did sort out our heater problem. thanks so much.
