La habitación muy espaciosa

Cons:

Que tuviera bañera y que hubiese dos ascensores para un hotel tan grande de estuvimos 5 minutos esperando a que llegase un ascensor vacío y al final bajamos a hacer el check out andando con las maletas por las escaleras

Un hotel muy bien situado, cama muy confortable, limpieza, hervidor de agua ..atención de los empleados .Además concierto con el parking del Palexco( enfrente) con 16€ por 24 horas ( la mitad de su precio habitual).

Desayuno muy bien y la ubicación excelente.

Cons:

La telefonía móvil no funcionaba porque debían tener un inhibidor de frecuencia. Algo inexplicable para mi.

Could improve, no reaction from the staff given the failure in air conditioning

Clean and good location

Cons:

Air conditioning did not work the first day, not acceptable taking into account the rate I was paying which was very high for a city like A Coruña. Also elevators insufficient in number for a hotel with 200 rooms and very slow.
