ligging prima, buiten de drukke stad in mooi park en museum ( erg mooi met veel Hollandse meesters ) t/o hotel

dat er geen ontvangst portier was die ons even hielp met de bagage, voor dit kaliber hotel **** verwachtten wij wat hulp- /assistentie alsook valet parking

Beliggenhed og hotellets kvalitet.

Cons:

Naboen - en Bierstube, som lørdag eftermiddag og aften spillede musik i et niveau, så man ikke kunne sidde på hotellets udsigtsterrasse.
Det er ok med høj musik, men det må være muligt at finde et niveau, som ikke giver øreskader.
Jeg ved ikke om det er hotellets Bierstube.

Außen wunderbar - innen, naja.
Pros:

Bis auf die ausgezeichnete Lage zum Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe, das lange und ausgiebige Frühstück und die Möglichkeit, freie Massagetermine am Wochenende zu bekommen, kann man eigentlich nichts Schönes finden.

Cons:

Die Abflüsse laufen nur in Zeitlupe ab, die Wasserspartaste am WC funktioniert nicht; Zimmerservice: es wird nicht einmal das Bett gemacht oder der Mülleimer geleert (täglich), die Handtuchqualität (auch im SPA) war schlecht, es gibt keinen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer, die Matratzen sind durch gelegen. Die Zimmerausstattung ist noch lange nicht in den 2000er Jahren angekommen. Ein Parkplatz ist (bei Events) nicht sicher, obwohl man schon ein 12€ Tagesticket gelöst hat. Im SPA-Bereich rennen Kinder umher und der Indoor-Pool hat nicht mal 30°C. Die Angestellten haben verbissene Mienen und grüßen nicht. Unser Zimmer blickte zwar verwinkelt zum Herkules (ganz am Rande), aber dafür hatten wir die Abluft vom SPA direkt vor der Nase (inkl. Geräuschkulisse und Gestank)- für dieses Zimmer ist ein reduzierter Preis inkl. Hinweis, dass es zu Einschränkungen beim Gartenblick kommen kann, angemessen. Ein Wellness-Wochenende stellen wir uns anders vor!

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt um den Bergpark zu besuchen. Auch gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.
Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Restaurant im Hotel sehr gut.
Den Wellnessbereich kann ich nicht beurteilen, den haben wir nicht genutzt.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ideal, wenn man den Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe erkunden will. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ansonsten lässt das Hotel bezüglich Freundlichkeit des Personals, Sauberkeit und Restaurant keine Wünsche offen.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön. Die Auswahl und Qualität des Abendessen war sehr gut.

Cons:

Check In sehr lange gedauert. Da wir früh um 6 Uhr wieder abreisen mussten, hatten wir Lunchpakete bestellt. Diese waren dann morgens nicht bereit. Der Mitarbeiter am Empfang hat dann aber noch schnell organisiert. Der Barbereich ist für die Größe des Hotels zu klein.
