Pros:

Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία 10 λεπτά από το λιμάνι στο Νυδρι με πάρκινγκ μπροστά στο σπίτι. Πανέμορφος κήπος να χαλαρώνεις ακόμα κι αν δεν βγεις βόλτα στο νησί. Η καθαρίστρια καθάριζε καθημερινά και άλλαζαν πολύ συχνά Πετσέτες και σεντονια. Ευγενικοτατη και πάντα πρόθυμη να εξυπηρετήσει..

Soggiorno piacevole in appartamento moderno con bel balcone
Pros:

Appartamento di buone dimensioni per la nostra famiglia di 3 persone, dotato di buoni infissi che hanno consentito un buon isolamento acustico visto che è collocato su una strada molto trafficata, ma i rumori esterni, grazie agli infissi, erano praticamente azzerati con le finestre chiuse. La posizione è centrale sul lato est dell isola e consente di raggiungere in poco tempo i punti di interesse principali, un pochino più lontane porto katsiki ed egremni. Ottime le Pulizie che venivano effettuate ogni 2 giorni con relativo cambio asciugamani.

Cons:

Sarebbe stato utile avere le zanzariere perché avrebbe consentito di dormire con le finestre aperte

Settimana a Nikiana in famiglia
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana, siamo stati benissimo, la stanza era grande,pulita direi perfetta, consiglio a chi vuole alloggiare in questa zona.

La cosa che mi è piaciuta meno e la località perché non c'è un centro ma sulla struttura niente da dire

Apartament foarte spațios, curățenie generală zilnic, lenjerii si prosoape impecabile, bucătărie utilata complet ( filtru cafea, prăjitor paine, plita, cuptor microunde, vesela, frigider), balcon mare, vederea la mare din balcon ( apartament nr.3), aer condiționat, produse igiena

Recomand
Pros:

Gazda amabila , am găsit în frigider 3 sticle cu apă, patul f comfortabil, gradina și terasa f drăguțe. Am stat 6 nopti și am fost mulțumiți. Dacă dorești să prepari un mic dejun ai cele necesare . Recomand. Langa cazare este o alta unitate de cazare unde poți merge sa iei micul dejun chiar daca nu ești cazat.

Cons:

Am dat nota 9 deoarece consider că 10 este pentru perfecțiune. Nu pot spune că a deranjat foarte tare însă mobilierul cam vechi iar în baie se făcea f mult apa.

This place is definitely not a 10, disappointed
Pros:

The room was spacious
Nice terrace view
Comfortable pillow

Cons:

• Old furniture, the whole place feels outdated.
• Located directly on a busy main road – very noisy, even during the night.
• The hosts caused serious problems: they entered the room without permission (not to clean, but to turn off the AC). They don’t allow the room to stay cool while you’re out, so after coming back from the beach you walk into a hot room. The worst part of it was that on the first night of our stay, after we came back they were waiting for us to arrive from dinner to engage into a confrontation as to why we allowed ourselves to turn on the AC.
• Arrogant behavior from the hosts, suggesting to bypass Booking and rent directly.
• Bathroom needs serious improvements (even had a hole in it).
• Very small and weak fridge – can’t even cool a bottle of water properly.
• Bed and mattress are extremely hard and uncomfortable.
• Terrace is too noisy because of the road.
• Kitchen is poorly equipped – basically only useful for boiling eggs.
• Location is not convenient: no restaurants, shops, or nice beaches nearby. You need a car for everything. The best beaches are about an hour drive away (30 km on slow roads). The closer beaches are rocky and unimpressive (though the views are nice).
• Overall, the price is way too high for the quality of the accommodation, location, and especially the attitude of the hosts.
