服务员的态度都很好，很贴心服务周到，让人觉得体验感很好。
与世隔离感超强，非常适合度假充电。
独一档的海景和格调，无与伦比。

日常から完全に離れ、
ただ「何もしない時間」を過ごすための隠れ家として、
これ以上の場所はありません。

客室のプライベートプールから海を眺めるだけで、
すべてが満たされる贅沢な空間設計でした。
いわゆる典型的な「和」や「沖縄感」を押し出すのではなく、
昔ながらの石積みをモダンに昇華させたインターナショナルなデザインは、
海外のハイエンドなヴィラに滞在しているかのような洗練された空気感があります。

また、離島での滞在でネックになりがちな「食」のクオリティに関しても、
良い意味で期待を裏切られました。

東京で腕を磨かれたという大将が握るお寿司は、
地元の新鮮な海鮮（海ぶどうやもずく等）に加え、
沖縄に回遊してきた立派な本マグロまで楽しむことができ、
敷地内から一歩も出ずにこのレベルの美食を堪能できるのは、
長期滞在者にとって非常に価値が高いです。

プライベートビーチでのSUPなど、
アクティビティへの導線もシームレスで、
終始ノーストレスで過ごすことができました。

This is my seventh Rosewood property and it might be my favorite! (SBH is also highly recommended!) There are so many wonderful things to say about this resort, but I would say the beauty of the property including the stunning reef right off shore, the fresh sushi and service at Choma and the amazing spa were highlights!

Specifically, my masseuse Ms. Kin Zing was the best masseuse I have ever had. I really enjoyed using the sauna and spa facilities daily. You can use them even without a treatment so some days I would pop by the sauna for 20 minutes. The treatments were outstanding and the tea service after each appointment was very special. I ended up locating the special Okinawa tea they offered and bringing some home.

We had such a wonderful experience dining at Choma, the sushi restaurant, that we elected to dine there every evening. The service was exceptional. Every night they welcomed us to our favorite table and had our drinks and dinner ready without even asking. It was Rosewood service at its finest. Miko who manages the restaurant does a stellar job. And our server Shun was top-notch. Albara was also very attentive. Everyone should learn from Miko because she runs Choma like a Rosewood restaurant should be run. The food offered for the daily complimentary breakfast was also very good. I was a little disappointed in the limited pool menu and service, but this is still a relatively new Rosewood, and I imagine they will improve after receiving feedback.

The property itself is stunning. Upon arrival you are able to look out over the entire property and see the gorgeous ocean view. We stayed in a beachfront king and were very pleased with our choice. It was short walk back and forth to the pool and the beach. Our patio and plunge pool had privacy behind the shrubbery. The ocean view rooms appeared to have excellent views over the ocean, but their balconies lacked privacy. However, I think this would be a small trade off for the view.

All the staffs are incredible and extremely helpful. We stayed in Rosewood for 3nights and celebrated CNY in Nagi restaurant. I've communicated with the team several times about the customized menu, thanks for being patient and made the celebration dinner delightful. The location is outstanding and quiet, we just hope that next time when we come back, the weather will be better otherwise it's too cold and windy to get to the pool to chill.
Again, thank you all for the good memory, my parents also love it :)

Fantastic facility and amazing service

저는 새로 오픈한 호텔을 이용하는 것을 좋아하는 편인데, 이번 로즈우드 미야코지마 숙박은 가격 대비로 보았을 때 아쉬움이 매우 컸습니다. 기대가 컸던 만큼 실망도 컸던 것 같습니다.

비수기임에도 불구하고 1박에 약 170만 원 수준의 요금을 지불했는데, 과연 이 가격이 합리적인지 솔직히 의문이 들었습니다. 낮은 가격이라고 보기 어려운 금액임에도, 그에 상응하는 완성도나 만족감을 느끼기 어려웠습니다.

특히 미야코지마의 유일한 5성급 호텔이라는 점이 오히려 더 아쉽게 느껴졌습니다. 선택지가 제한된 지역이라는 점을 감안하더라도, 그에 걸맞은 기준과 책임감이 충분히 느껴지지 않았기 때문입니다.

직원분들 개개인은 최선을 다해 도움을 주려고 하셨지만, 호텔 전반의 시스템은 아직 정리되지 않은 인상이 강했고 내부 직원들 간의 커뮤니케이션도 원활하지 않아 보였습니다. 전반적으로 교육이 충분히 이루어졌다고 느끼기 어려웠고, 5성급 호텔이라는 타이틀이 무색할 정도로 기본적인 운영 시스템이 아직 제대로 갖춰지지 않은 느낌이었습니다.

비수기라는 점을 감안하더라도 부대시설은 미흡했고, 이 가격대에서 기대할 수 있는 수준에는 미치지 못했습니다. 비수기에도 이 정도라면, 성수기에는 과연 이 가격을 정당화할 수 있을지 오히려 더 의문이 들었습니다. 개인적으로 성수기에 이용했다면 상당히 아깝게 느껴졌을 것 같습니다.

물론 오픈한 지 얼마 되지 않은 호텔이라는 점은 이해합니다. 다만 그럼에도 불구하고 개선해야 할 부분은 많아 보였고, 특히 디테일한 운영과 서비스 전반에 대한 재점검이 필요해 보였습니다.

이 가격대라면 로즈우드 미야코지마보다는 아만 계열 호텔이나 동남아 지역의 완성도가 이미 검증된 리조트들을 선택하는 편이 더 합리적이라는 생각이 들었습니다.
