Tolles Hotel mit einigen Schwächen
Pros:

Eine wunderschöne Lage mit bestem Blick auf das Meer. 50 Meter Luftlinie bis zum sehr gepflegten Strand und damit Baden direkt vor der Haustür.

Das individuelle Frühstück war phantastisch, besonders die Bedienung am ersten Morgen durch einen sehr aufmerksamen Herrn ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Der Zustand der Dusche war für den Preis der Unterkunft nicht akzeptabel. Überall kleine Risse in den Fugen der Kacheln und auch Schimmel im unteren Bereich der Kabine.

Die Unflexibilität der Hotelleitung in Bezug auf das Verständnis von unerwarteten Problemen bei unseren Terminen und Änderung der Buchung war unerfreulich und hat die Freude am Aufenthalt dort sehr begrenzt.

Es ist für uns unverständlich, dass eine direkte Buchung beim Hotel bis 24 Stunden vor der Anreise kostenfrei möglich ist, eine Stornierung der Reservierung über booking.com sieben Tage vorher trotz direktem telefonischen Kontakt und ausführlicher Erklärung der besonderen Umstände kategorisch abgelehnt wurde.
Die Sorge eines Verlustes durch Nichtbelegung von Zimmern schien hier keine Rolle zu spielen, sondern eher persönliche Befindlichkeiten - so etwas sollte bei der Führung eines Hotels normalerweise keine Rolle spielen.

Frühstück war gut und abwechselungsreich , obwohl kein Buffet !! Kaffee top !
"Fahrrad-Schuppen" sehr praktisch .
Preis- Leistungsverhältnis paßt !

Great located directly at the seaside.

Cons:

We arrived late at night on a very sunny day. Our room was very sticky when we arrived. It was located on the top floor and windows could have been opened to let some fresh air in at night. No ventilator or anything to get the room cooled down.

Staff was friendly but stressed due to holiday season.

Price was too high given the overall quality. Holiday season seem to allow this level of price, but hospitality and friendliness should be in line with that.
