Fijne luxe met warme, persoonlijke gastvrijheid in de indrukwekkende nieuwe archipelhoofdstad!
Pros:

Vanaf het allereerste tot het allerlaatste moment zijn wij door alle medewerkers op een fantastisch fijne en persoonlijke manier in de watten gelegd! De vriendelijkheid en service hebben wij ervaren als uitmuntend, met om in het bijzonder te noemen Concierge Luky, Rara van het Guest Relations Team, Dewi voor de geweldige massages en Executive Sous Chef Julio Petrus voor de voortreffelijke signature dishes!
Het luxe, mooie en stijlvolle hotel overtrof voor ons in alles de verwachtingen o.a. qua slaapcomfort en voorzieningen. IKN (Nusantara) heeft ons als stad enorm verrast wat betreft innovatieve, duurzame, groene en verantwoorde architectuur waarin veel symbolische cultuur van de gehele archipel terug te vinden is. Het was geweldig om met de huurfietsen met zonsopkomst door de stad langs de highlights te fietsen. En Luky heeft ons zelfs nog als gids door de indrukwekkende stad rondgeleid met een fantastische persoonlijke tour en ons voorzien van veel achtergrondinformatie.
Ondanks de nog in aanbouw zijnde stad hebben wij geen (geluids)hinder van bouwwerkzaamheden ervaren. Het was een bizarre belevenis dat op het moment dat wij IKN bezochten (aug 2026) er nog zo goed als geen verkeer en andere bezoekers/inwoners waren. Ons verblijf van drie nachten was een onvergetelijk fijne ervaring!!

Luxus und Herzlichkeit im Regenwald :-)
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang als Schweizer im Swissôtel! Wunderbares Zimmer in der obersten Etage, moderne exklusive Einrichtung. Lage am Rand der Hauptachse der zukünftigen Hauptstadt IKN ausgezeichnet, eigene Busstation. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal!

Cons:

Ich bin natürlich gespannt, wie sich diese moderne Stadt im Regenwald von Kalimantan entwickelt - logischerweise ist jetzt noch wenig Leben sichtbar.

Very space room, good facilities inside & outside of the room, very friendly crew and amazing view

Cons:

Breakfast has a big variety but the food was not rather tasteless or not good at all. Only meatball noodles were good.
