Cons:

Rooms r not good no hot water only morning 6 to 11 that one water also very poor bed sheets ok no drinking water no toilets soaps

Over very poor experience
Pros:

Nothing, apart from view from my room that is also a minimum hill view comparing with my previous stay in Munnar

Cons:

Room is not clean, no proper response from staff, manager doesn’t pick your call or responds to you once the payment is done, no hot water no proper room service

There was no electricity, no hot water (because Munnar is a cold weather place, needed hot water for bathing, when asked the staff told there is no electricity.

I had a wonderful stay at Green Land Residency during my family trip to Munnar. The rooms were spotless, and the staff, including the super cool proprietor Omar, was incredibly welcoming. Omar even shared some hidden gems around Munnar. The location is great, and the room rates are affordable. I've also stayed here with friends, and the variety of room options caters to different needs. Plus, the breakfast area is a nice bonus. Highly recommend!

One of the best hotel I have ever stay in any hill station. Staff and Manager (Sundar) was very friendly. The view was awesome from the rooms. The rooms are quite big and spacious. Highly recommended
