Fazit: Eine echte Perle und positive Überraschung in Trinco!
Pros:

Top Lage nur 100 m zum Hauptstrand mit Hauptstrandbar, sehr sauber, sehr nettes und bemühtes Personal, neben dem guten Hotel gleichzeitig sehr gutes und gepflegtes Restaurant (im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants viel hochwertiger und schöner), Restaurant mit sehr gute Qualität und vor allem sehr schöner Atmosphäre am Abend.

Struttura accogliente, in ottima posizione a Uppuveli. Camera pulita. I ragazzi che ci lavorano sono super disponibili e super simpatici. Abbiamo fatto colazione due volte (non era inclusa nel prezzo) e cenato una volta. Pasti ottimi

Sauberes Zimmer in zentraler Food-Marktlage zu hohem Preis.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr nah bei einem Strand und direkt gegenüber einem kleinen netten Touristenmarktplatz mit verschiedenen hochwertigen Essensbuden und gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten - nach unserem Geschmack Bestlage.
Bett und Sauberkeit entsprach dem allgemein sehr gut erlebten Standard in Sri Lanka, also top und mit weißer Bettwäsche.
Es gab einen Kleiderschrank, den wir bei unserer 1 Nacht nicht benötigen. Das Design ist frisch und freundlich.
Die Dusche hatte einen modernen Heißwasserbereiter und Duschkopf.
Es gab eine flexible Steckdosenleiste auch für unsere EU-Stecker ohne zusätzlichen Adapter.
Auf Anfrage gab es hervorragend kuschelige große Strandhandtücher.
Falls ihr auch keine Seife habt, einfach danach fragen.
Es gab einen Willkommensdrink auf unseren besonderen Wunsch sogar ohne Zucker. Nebenan ist Café/Restaurant.

Cons:

Der Raum war auch tagsüber ohne Tageslicht, da das Fenster ein geschlossenes Rollo aus schwerem Holz hatte, dass ich nicht öffnen konnte. Darunter hätte sich aber auch kein Sichtschutz befunden, weshalb wir nicht fragten. Also nutzten wir Lampen.
Die Duschapparatur befand sich direkt gegenüber der Toilette. Um Duschen zu können, nahmen wir die Toilettenpapierrolle ab und wischten die nasse Toilette und den Boden des Badezimmers mit einem Strandhandtuch trocken. Das andere Strandhandtuch nutzten wir als Badezimmerteppich.
Es gab weder, Kühlschrank noch Heißwasserbereiter für Kaffee oder Wasserflaschen.

Die Geräusche erlebten wir Abends durch Musik des direkt gegenüberliegenden Restaurants laut und Morgens ab ca 5 Uhr durch Gebimmel der fahrenden Essenswagen, das gegen 6:30 besser wurde. Allerdings sind wir sehr geräuschempfindlich und gehen früh schlafen - manch anderen mag es nicht stören.

Es war das schlechteste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, welches wir auf unserer Rundreise mit 12 Unterkünften erlebt haben.

Pros:

Le restaurant est délicieux, lieu très chouette au centre de Uppulaveli, chambres simples et confortables. Personnel sympathique même si un peu plus d’anglais ne serait pas de refus :)

Cons:

Je ne recommande pas cet établissement pour les personnes qui ont un sommeil léger. Musique sur la plage jusqu’à tard dans la nuit. Mon compagnon a lui tres bien dormi.

Heerlijk eten en een warm welkom
Pros:

Er liggen vier kamers achter het restaurant. Onze kamer was eenvoudig, maar comfortabel.
Het personeel is ontzettend gastvrij en het restaurant is echt een aanrader. We hebben genoten van het heerlijke, uitgebreide ontbijt en ook 's avonds hebben we er uitstekend gegeten. Het strand ligt bovendien aan de overkant van de straat.

Cons:

Houd er wel rekening mee dat de muziek in het restaurant 's avonds tot laat aanstaat en in de kamer hoorbaar is. Als je daar geen bezwaar tegen hebt, is dit een fijne plek om te verblijven.

Pros:

It was in a good location close to the beach

Cons:

It felt like a few rooms tacked onto the back of a restaurant as opposed to a hotel with a restaurant. The showers were terrible and got the entire bathroom wet.
The music from the restaurant was very loud and went on very late every night.
It says they open for breakfast at 7am, but no one was ever there before 8am at the earliest.
We stayed for 5 nights and they didn’t come clean or refresh the room/linen/towels/toilet paper once, or empty the bin.
The hospitality wasn’t there eg we had to ask for the wifi, if they supplied beach towels etc.
The restaurant was quite a bit more expensive than others, and that’s before adding the 10% service charge that most other restaurants did not have.
No safe or mini fridge.
No daily complimentary bottled water (unlike every other hotel in Sri Lanka we’ve stayed in).

Konumu çok iyi. Denize yakın. Kahvaltısını ve çalışanları çok beğendik.

Cons:

Duş ve tuvaleti beğenmedik. Ayrı bir duşakabin yoktu, duş alırken klozet su içinde kalıyordu. Havlu terlik vs gibi temel ihtiyaçları karşılamaz ayrıca çok da temiz değildi. Oda da çok fazla sivrisinek vardı.

המקום קטן וחמוד המכיל מספר חדרים בודדים מאחורי מסעדה קטנה ואותנטית. המיקום מצויין וקרוב מאוד לאתרי צלילה מצויינים וליד בר הפרננדוס. בעל המקום והצוות מאוד נחמדים ושירותיים ביותר. שווה את המחיר יחסית למקומות אחרים בטרינקומלי

Cons:

שירותים והמקלחת הם אחד על השני, קצת לא נוח ומרגיש צפוף. בנוסף היה קצת רעש לעיתים בלילה בגלל שידורי המונדיאל שהיו.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, 2 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und hat ein zauberhaftes Frühstück. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Pros:

Notre coup de cœur du voyage! Nous avons été charmé par la chambre mais surtout par le propriétaire et sa femme qui sont bienveillants et vraiment adorables. Leur jus de pastèque est un délice et la petite boutique regorge de pépite! L’emplacement en face de la plage est vraiment super !

Cons:

Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps!

Planning my next trip to Capital Trincomalee already
Pros:

The location is ideal as it’s right next to the beach, diving centers, and other restaurants/parties. There was a large parking space opposite the place too which was very convenient.

Aside from the location, the staff members were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, place was cosy, and the food was exceptionally good - hats off to the chef!

Amazing amazing stay!
Pros:

The staff, food, location and space in general was a 10/10.
The staff in particular were so pleasant, extremely warm and accommodating. Everything that came out of the kitchen was so delicious that whenever we tried something from anywhere else we were disappointed - ended up eating all our meals here and not a single one disappointed.

Sfeervol met geweldig restaurant
Pros:

Capital was bijna aan het strand bij Fernando met leuke eettentjes en strandbedden. Relaxte sfeer.



Het eten was buitengewoon goed bij Capital. Heerlijk ontbijt en geweldig diner. De kok deed ontzettend zijn best en bereidde exclusieve maaltijden. De verse tonijn smaakte geweldig. Strandlakens waren inbegrepen.

Cons:

In het weekend was er een dj bij Fernando, die je in bed kon horen.

A great spot to base yourself for a stay in Trinco. Ideal location for Uppaveli beach.
Pros:

Really nice, spacious room behind a lovely little restaurant and only metres away from the beach and beach bar. Nice outdoor seating, delicious European style breakfast and helpful staff.
