Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.

The location is good, and the staff are nice and helpful.
The design of the room is odd, and the wall papers are creepy. The lights are dim and inadequate. Some of the lights are not working. The kettle and bedsheets are not clean enough.

Lovely hotel, really liked all the Manchester references

The conference facilities were well appointed with great spaces for group break out rooms. The overall vibe of the hotel was relaxed and inobtrusive. The bar staff were really friendly and helpful, as were the reception staff who gave me a breakfast refund.
My room was not very clean, every surface was dusty. The standard lamp did not work, the dimmer switch on the bedside did not work and the USB point on one side of the bed was broken. I ordered breakfast, but either the waitress or the kitchen staff forgot it and said it was too late to cook something as the kitchen was closing.
