Pros:

The location is amaizing. Nice and clean room with a nice view. Michel hospitaliy made allvthe difference eith great reccommendations for local restaurants.

Cons:

The breakfast was tasty with local producy of cheese, ham and bread. For eggs you have onky boiled eggs , no scrambled eggs.

Amazing host, clean room, great location!
Pros:

The host here is really friendly and helpful, he made us feel really at home.
The breakfast was fantastic, and the room was very clean.
We loved staying here, and hope to return in the future! :-)

Not the place to be if you want a quiet night. Basic and underwhelming
Pros:

Very friendly reception. 24 hours coffee and water station. Clean.

Cons:

All we wanted was a quiet and good night sleep. Guests arriving late at night were loud, could hear conversations - had to have window open to cool the room down. Activity in parking lot early hours of the morning woke us up.
Nothing special about the place. Basic. Overrated

Ideal für eine Übernachtung nach dem Besuch des Festspielhauses, aber auch sonst ideale Lage.
Pros:

Die Nähe zum Festspielhaus war für uns das Hauptargument, wir können das Gästehaus aber für jeden Aufenthalt empfehlen.

Cons:

Parkplätze findet man erst beim zweiten Hinsehen ;-)

Entspannter Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Die Lage direkt an Forggensee und die Nähe zum Festspielhaus. Es gab Kaffee und Wasser zur freien Verfügung. Und bei unsrem Aufenthalt auch Kuchen zum einfach nehmen.

Pros:

Die Nähe zum Festspielhaus.
Sehr freundliche Atmosphäre.
Zimmer sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet, wenn man keinen Luxus erwartet. Für 1-2 Nächte ausreichend. Frühstück war ebenfalls ausreichend.

Cons:

Leider gab es eine Straßenbaustelle vor Ort, da war es zeitweise etwas laut.
Aber auch das kommt überall mal vor.

Sehr herzliche Gastgeber, alles sehr sauber, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Super zentral am See und am Festspielhaus. Kurzer Fußweg nach Füssen. Sehr gerne wieder.
