Important information:

Please note that guests enjoy free use of the spa facilities (2 outdoor natural swimming ponds and 7 different saunas) from the morning on the day of arrival until the evening on the day of departure. A wellness-bad with Bathrobes and towels will be provided for free. Guests can enjoy a EUR 21 discount on all wellness-treatments and massages (these must be booked in advance). Guests are welcome to use the spa facilities from 09:00 on the day of arrival.

Guests using a satellite navigation system should enter the address as 'Angerpoint 5' in order to easily access the hotel.

Cons:

Природный бассейн на фото выглядит гораздо более выигрышно чем в жизни. Недостаточно мест, где требуется текстиль. Принять душ в спа можно только в компании обнаженных людей всех полов. Я пришла на завтрак к открытию, потому что мне нужно было спешить на встречу и он еще не был накрыт, я почти опоздала по своим делам и мало поела. Охлаждение в номере размещено за шторой в полу, таким образом если шторы закрыты, то комната не охлаждается совсем

Pros:

Die Möglichkeit früher An- und Abzureisen war richtig toll, die Aufgüsse sehr besonders und das Essen ausgewogen mit Hafermilchcappuccino zum Kuchen, genial!

Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vor allem die Dame beim Frühstück!

Cons:

Insgesamt stimmt der Eindruck, der über den Online- Auftritt erweckt wird in keiner Weise! Der Wellnessbereich ist in die Jahre gekommen und ist nicht so liebevoll und gepflegt gestaltet, wie das die Photos vermuten lassen. Ja, viele Ideen hineingepackt aber immer „ ein Stück daneben“, vollkommen überladen und „ seelenlos“. Die Schwimmteiche wirken nicht sehr einladend. Warmer Prosecco zum Empfang. Das Zimmer roch sehr nach Zigarettenrauch. Ich hätte das Zimmer wechseln wollen, meinem Mann war die Frage danach zu unangenehm. Unser Zimmer lag an einer Straße, die Hotelbeleuchtung brannte die ganze Nacht und fiel genau in unser Zimmer, was extrem unangenehm war, da wir die Verdunklungsvorhänge komplett zuziehen mussten und somit wenig Frischluft in das Zimmer gelangen konnte.
Das Seerestaurant wirkt ebenfalls sehr in die Jahre gekommen und dadurch ungepflegt.
