This apartment is lovely, super location right by Victoria station. So if you want to be in the hustle and bustle and be able to jump on the tube, train, or are going to the theatre it is ideal. It's modern and had all the things we needed including a pub across the road to watch the World Cup matches in the evenings. For the location of course there is street noise and a rumble of the underground. Didn't bother us at all. It was very hot in London and this old style building does not cope well with the heat so it was stiflingly hot in the apartment and the stairs up to the apartment. There is a Dyson fan. With temperatures across the world set to rise I imagine the owners will put in some kind of AC but in the meantime one fan didn't really cut it, but it was certainly better than no fan.
I'm sure the owners will be improving the AC situation with the high temperatures London is experiencing.
Excellent location! The apartment was cozy and comfortable, perfect for one or two people. The bed was top, there was even a large desk for WFH.

This was amazing value for money. It was a fantastic central location, but on a quiet street. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. It was a hot day and I appreciated that they had set up a fan that had been running for quite a while, so the room was cool when I arrived. Check in to get the key was easy and straightforward.
It was fine for me, but I was in a basement flat. The steps down from the street level were very steep. It wouldn't be suitable for anyone who was at all unsteady on their feet and I don't remember that being included in the info. But not a problem for me.
As a basement flat, you could hear the rumbling of the tube trains. It wasn't noisy, and obviously doesn't go through the night, but for those who go early to bed or lie in later in the morning, and are light sleepers, it might be a problem, but not a problem for me.
The location is amazing and for that location it's a really solid value. Nearly any other time of year visiting and this would've been a perfect rating. Getting the keys was simple and secure. It had a washer, and small kitchen and fridge which were lovely. Lots of restaurants nearby, Victoria station is across the street. We were in town for Hamilton which was just a 5 minute walk away.
The ac in the flat was both not strong enough to sufficiently cool the space, but also kicked out way more hot air out the back of it than it cooled off the front. It really needed to be piped out a window or something. Nearly any other time of year when it's not incredibly hot in London, this would've been the perfect stay. But it was simply oppressively warm in the flat and due to it being downstairs, even opening the windows didn't create much airflow.

The location of the room is great and the instructions to collect the keys were precise.
The 10am checkout is a bit aggressive.
Reasonably clean
It had limited facilities, and whilst ok (ish) for 1, having a second adult in the space would have been unbearable. I was surprised to see a shared key safe with keys in a brown envelope with my name and apartment number written on it and visible to all.
The property was clean in general
There are two things:
1. There was an unpleasant odour in the washroom
2. The makeshift AC was throwing all the warm air inside the room only due to which it was not cooling the room properly
Location was excellent.The bed was extremely comfortable and the apartment was very clean.
No lift and we were not advised that the apartment was on the 3rd floor. Stairway quite narrow which made carrying the luggage very difficult. No air conditioning only fan.
Cute studio with all the amenities. Great location near Victoria station and easy to get to from heathrow or gatwick. Room was clean, relatively modern and bed comfy.
Bathroom was clean but some mould in shower and shower could be more powerful.
It was also a bit warm in peak summer but the dyson cool fan did help.

Fab location.
No air conditioning made this accommodation unbearable - we left after one night of a three night booking. Small room, tired furniture, peeling paint in bathroom. Noise from train.

The underground can be noisy and I’d imagine not good if you were a light sleeper
