Der Besitzer:
- kontaktaufnahme war unmöglich (trotz mehrfachen Versuchen)
- durch die Hilfe eines einheimischen, konnten wir ihn telefonisch erreichen. Jedoch reagierte er desintetessiert, arrogant und legte sogar auf (ohne uns jegliche Hilfe zu leisten).
- Das Einchecken war entsprechend sehr mühsam und sie vorortigen Einrichtungen haben nicht funktioniert (Code bei der Eingangstür hat nie funktioniert).
- Alle Nachrichten wurden ignoriert oder es kamen automatische Antworten.
- zudem keine Möglichkeit um das Gepäck vor oder nach dem Checkin/-out aufzubewahren.
- vor Ort waren auch keine Mitarbeitenden, welche uns helfen konnten, obwohl das so versprochen wurde.

Allgemein:
- sehr hellhörige Wände
- Better haben gequietscht
- Dusche war undicht

Ho scelto questa struttura principalmente perché, su Booking, era indicata la disponibilità di un parcheggio coperto, un servizio fondamentale per me visto che viaggio in moto e con molti bagagli.

Purtroppo, al mio arrivo mi è stato comunicato che il parcheggio era già completamente occupato e che avrei dovuto parcheggiare in un'autorimessa a circa 300 metri, pagando inoltre un costo aggiuntivo. Con una moto carica di bagagli e dovendo percorrere anche diverse scale, questa non era una soluzione accettabile.

Se avessi saputo in anticipo che il parcheggio non sarebbe stato disponibile, avrei scelto un'altra struttura. Consiglio quindi di indicare con maggiore chiarezza che il parcheggio non è garantito, per evitare disagi ad altri ospiti.

Sajnos a szállásadó nem tájékoztatott arról, hogy a főbdjáraton hiába csenget az ember, nem nyitja senki/ semmi az ajtót...

Nagy nehezen bejutottam a lépcsőházba, akkor a Residence Montanelli ajtaján egy központi kódos bejutás van, amire a szállásadó nem küldte ki a kódot, csak ha azon az ajtón bejut valahogy az ember, ott vannak szobák ajtajai is. Csak annak a kódját küldi ki...

Ha nem lett volna más vendég épp ott a szálláson be se jutunk...

Értem , hogy így biztonságos, de elvárható lett volna, hogy erről küld, angolul vagy németül valamilyen üzenetet a bookingon.

Etwas hellhörig wegen der dünnen Wänden zum Flur. Für drei Personen fast schon etwas zu klein.

Habe eine Wohnung mit 2 Zimmern ( ein Einbettzimmer und ein Zeeibettzimmer ) bezahlt und gebucht. Fakt war, dass ich eine Wohnung mit einem Zimmer ( 1 Dopoelbett und ein 1 Einzelbett ) bekommen habe. Ich wollte das via Telefon mit dem Vermieter klären. Nach ca. 8 vergeblichen Anrufen habe ich dann aufgegeben.
Nie mehr dieses Hotel.

Nedostatak parkinga i to što nije napomenuto da se parking garaža u blizini zatvara u 21h.

The electronic lock at the apartment was not working. The host refused to communicate, did not answer the phone, and kept blaming me, claiming that I had not completed the check-in. However, the real issue was that the electronic lock was faulty.

After waiting for three hours, I contacted Booking.com and requested that my reservation be canceled. Even the Booking.com support team was unable to reach the host.

A parkoló nem a szállás területén található, az autót egy körülbelül 300 méterre lévő garázsban lehet elhelyezni, amelynek díja napi 18 €. A parkolóhelyet előre le kell foglalni.

Fontos tudni, hogy az autót a parkoló személyzete állítja be a garázsba, ezért a jármű kulcsát ott kell hagyni.

Sajnos a parkoló üzemeltetői telefonon nem voltak elérhetők, és az e-mailekre sem válaszoltak.

Szerencsére csak egy éjszakát töltöttünk itt, így nem okozott problémát, hogy nem foglaltunk előre helyet.

Véleményem szerint érdemes lenne a szállás leírásában egyértelműen feltüntetni, hogy a parkolás felár ellenében, a szállástól 300 méterre érhető el, előzetes foglaláshoz kötött, és a kulcsot is le kell adni a parkoló személyzetének
