Great location, helpful and friendly staff, walking distance to shops and restaurants, underground paid secure parking or free street parking from 5pm.
Elevator can get a bit annoying if your room is close to it.

Proximity to shopping centre and restaurants
The bed was firm and comfy and the pillow wasn’t down filled! The sitting area was great for knitting and watching tv 🤩
Staff were fabulous, helpful and accommodating.
The only part of my stay that I didn’t really like was my rooms’ proximity to the lift. Also, would be great if external doors were soft close. At 0615 or 3 people left for the day and BANG BANG BANG!!Startled me out of a wonderful sleep ! Unfortunately, you can’t rely on people being thoughtful and considerate in their behaviours.

I am a regular ACT visitor but first time at Punthill. Great location with a big room with modetn, clean facilities. Main street location but very quiet at night....will be back.

The pillows are not the best way too thin and there was only the two so you couldn’t really change them too much
