Nous avons bien aimé la plage, les animateurs du kids club étaient supers, les enfants se sont bien amusés à l’aquapark. La restauration était bonne et très variée. Quelques animations du soir étaient bien. Nous avons aimé l’emplacement de l’hôtel qui est entré Réthymnon et Chania.
Les odeurs au niveau de l’aquapark et des wc de la chambre. Quelques animations du soir sont à revoir. Le personnel de la réception étaient des fois désagréables. Les prestations de l’hotel sont chères comme les massages et le service de blanchisserie.
- everywhere there is space, there are always sunbeds, available at the pools, the beach and the aqua park during the day. No reserving of sunbeds or stressing out to get one!!
- Beach is great with service at your Cabana
- Quality of food is amazing as well as the variety
- Take the room with shared pool if available we had this and it was so relaxing.
- Minibar in the room is all in!
- Spa is nice, we took a massage it was great
- The waterpark never felt busy even thought both hotels can use it. No waiting lines for the slides and beds available all day.
Improvements
- have to agree to some comments the room needs renovation. We had two rooms. One was perfectly fine the other one missed the remote controle of the ceiling fan - they tried to fix it but they were unable during our week of stay
- One of the buttons for the shower flipped of
- Lots of mosquitoes in the evening so take mosquito spray!
This was however minor things to an amazing stay. We will def go back!!
As a frequent traveller, I was very disappointed with this hotel. It is far from the 5-star standard it claims, and even further from its 9.3 rating.
The overall cleanliness was poor. The swimming pool was not cleaned, and there was a strong smell of sewage in the water park area. A plate left outside our door in the evening was still there the following afternoon, which says a lot about the housekeeping standards.
The facilities are in poor condition as well. The gym equipment was broken and patched together with adhesive tape, which is unacceptable at this level.
The service was equally disappointing. Coffee in the restaurant is only available during breakfast hours. The pool area overlooks a motorway, which is not what you would expect from a hotel in this category.
Overall, this was one of the biggest disappointments I have experienced in my travels. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

The property was lovely, the pools very nice and the food was really good.
The room size was extremely small for 4 people, we didn't have any room for our suitcases and we felt very much on top of each other. The bathroom area is tiny.
Τα δωμάτια είναι καινουρια, πολύ προσεγμένα και η καθαριότητα είναι το δυνατό τους σημείο (& αποτελεσματική και διακριτική). Το aqua park ήταν υπέροχο. Καθώς ο χώρος του είναι περιφραγμένος σου επιτρέπει να δώσεις αυτονομία στο παιδι χωρίς να φοβάσαι ότι θα χαθεί. Διασκεδάσαμε με την καρδιά μας.
Ισως θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει καλύτερη σύνδεση με συγκοινωνία.
Breakfast was good with a range of options available.
This is a really good resort if you have kids. Plenty of pools, great buffet and the waterpark is excellent (particularly for kids 12 or so and under)…
The beach is really nice and the mountains behind the property are stunning
Georgiopoulos town is great (5 min drive) and some great natural attractions are not too long a drive away.
I saw plenty of reviews about the German language barriers but was still suprised by the number of German staff and patrons. It did at times mean that for us you could easily forget you were actually in Greece. If you want a traditional Greek island experience, I wouldn’t say this is the right place. But it is a great, comfortable and entertaining place for a resort holiday
The final thing to mention is that everything is pretty well presented, however if you look closely there are quite a lot of things that need maintenance or have been constructed relatively cheaply, so the resort is likely to age quickly. But don’t look too close and you won’t notice and you will hopefully have a great time!
Water park for kids, multiple pools and beach front location makes the resort convenient for families looking for different water activities and convenience. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Les piscines, la qualité des restaurants, l’accueil des enfants, les équipements, la gentillesse du personnel.
La lenteur et la lourdeur du Check in / out , le fait que l’hôtel soit partenaire de tour opérator allemands. L’insistance des serveurs dans les restaurants : à peine assis il faut commander, on a pas terminé l’assiette qu’ils viennent débarrasser et sont insistants.
