Nothing it’s a emergency book in
The house check out process…. They mentioned 10am as check out and someone from cleaning team was in our room at 9:30am don’t we have privacy? The landlord was in call and forced me to checkout in an unsecured way. It was raining outside and we booked for cab they didn’t even let us to stay for the cab arrival just forcefully made us to exit and we were left out in the rain. Please don’t post such property in booking.com
The owner is very helpful and the house so clean and equipped with all facilities you need. Procedures for checking in and check out are so easy with the guidance of the owner.
The price is a little bit high for me may be because the period of festivals in Belfast , but everything else is fine.

Très belle chambre avec communs partagés. Cuisine fonctionnelle pour réchauffer des plats et deux salles de bains et WC pour 4 logements.
Les douches et WC sont propres tout comme les chambres.

Affordability
Very tiny room, not proper clean
Very comfortable. 2 minute walk to the main road for regular bus service into the centre. There is a convenience shop almost directly to the property! And a larger supermarket 4 mins walk, again on the main road. Mark's communications we're excellent! When I return to Belfast I will definitely be choosing Temple more House. Highly recommend 👍

It is a really good location near the bus stop and it is in a peaceful neighborhood.
The bed is a little bit uncomfortable but you can get used to it
