Pros:

Teníamos una cama grande y una pequeña.
El personal era amable.

Cons:

El hotel en general está bastante viejo. La moqueta de pasillos y habitaciones estaba llena de manchas. El baño de la habitación era viejo, la bañera incómoda y peligrosa para salir y la cortina tenía un color marrón por abajo.
No hay ascensor y tuvimos que subir las maletas a mano por luna escalera empinada y estrecha al primer piso.
El hotel necesita invertir en una buena reforma, especialmente en baños y suelo.
Muy caro para el estado en el que están las habitaciones.

Pros:

Exceptional customer service, all staff very pleasant and helpful
Good location for driving to city centre, tramore or Dunmore east
Plenty of parking
Close to restaurants such as hook & ladder for fancy breakfast, the pantry, imperial Chinese, Brennans chipper and McDonald’s right beside it

Cons:

Room unclean on check in, dead spider on curtain, thick dust on the remote
TV would not work picture and sound all fuzzy not tuning into channels
Bath very small not deep enough to cover my belly and not long
One of the cheapest around Waterford city but still expensive for what it is

Pros:

Location was nice and the room was spacious.

Cons:

Walls are very thin. Could hear some idiots phone alarm going in the next room, every hour starting at 5am and they wouldn't turn it off. You would definitely need ear plugs.
