Supervriendelijk personeel.

Pros:

Niet Anne-Marie maar haar moeder heeft bij jullie gelogeerd. Ik kon geen kamer online boeken omdat ik geen creditkaart meer heb . Dit vind ik wel een minpuntje. EenIedereen was zeer vriendelijk en bod overal hulp bij aan. Gelukkig had ik die niet nodig. Het ontbijt was voor mij voldoende.

Cons:

Een kamer reserveren. Was te omslachtig.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Von hier kann man die Stadt erkunden und ist nah am Bahnhof, wenn es etwas weiter weg gehen soll.
Das Personal, sowohl bei Check-in, als auch beim Frühstück ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Cons:

Im Zimmer gibt es leider keinen Wasserkocher, was nicht dramatisch ist.
Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich.

top locatie, zeer dicht bij het station, zeer rustig buurt en geen last van straatlawaai, ruime kamer waar een venster op kan, goed ontbijt met voldoende keus, lekker ruikende douche zeep. Handig dat je je koffers op voorhand of nadien nog in de bewaring kan geven.

Eine sehr gute Möglichkeit, ausgeschlafen und gestärkt Leiden auf kurzen Wegen kennenzulernen
Pros:

Die Lage und die Ruhe sind hervorzuheben. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut.

Cons:

Das Doppelbett ist nur 160 breit und man hat nur eine Decke für 2 Personen.

¡Una estancia perfecta!
La ubicación del hotel es fantástica, muy cerca de la estación de tren y a un paso del centro. Las habitaciones son muy confortables, impecables y con una decoración de gran gusto. Además, tanto el colchón como las almohadas son comodísimos, garantizaron un descanso excelente. El baño es amplio y cuenta con todas las amenities necesarias.

Los espacios comunes están impecables: el comedor del desayuno es un área moderna y muy atractiva, ideal para un hotel urbano, que por las tardes y noches se convierte en un lugar estupendo para trabajar o socializar.

La atención de todo el personal es de diez, pero quiero hacer una mención especial a Edlyn. Su profesionalidad, cercanía y amabilidad te hacen sentir literalmente como en casa. Siempre tan atenta y dispuesta a ayudar. ¡Muchas gracias, Edlyn, eres excepcional!

A perfect stay!
Unbeatable location, just minutes from the station and the city center. The room was not only spotless and beautifully decorated, but the mattress and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped.
A special mention goes to the breakfast room: modern, charming, and super versatile for working or relaxing in the evening.
All the staff members are lovely, but Edlyn deserves a special mention. Her warmth, constant care, and kind words really make a difference and make you feel at home. Thank you for everything, Edlyn!

Convenient location; comfortable, contemporary accommodations
Pros:

Extremely convenient location, just steps from the train station. The hotel is very contemporary and well-maintained. Good restaurant options were also close at hand. Staff were friendly at check-in, and the room was very comfortable.

Cons:

No issues on my brief stay.
