Was ist das los?
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut.
Personal freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war schlecht.
Es lag zur Straße und war sehr laut.
Im Bad waren Schimmelflecken, Fussleisten abgerissen und Nägel schauten heraus.
Personal wurde von uns darauf hingewiesen.
Danach wurde versucht, die Mängel zu beseitigen. Das gelang aber nur mit wenig Erfolg.
Wir waren schon oft im Klövensteen, aber das haben wir noch nicht erlebt. SCHADE

Pros:

Nette Unterkunft. Leider alles etwas veraltet, Teppichboden etc. Aber sauber. Große Dusche im Zimmer, wobei die Duschkabine im Verhältnis klein war, Türen sollten mal ausgerichtet werden. Aber auch da alles sauber.

Alles in allem ist es sehr gut
Pros:

Das Ambiente und das Personal,das Zimmer und Restaurant

Cons:

Die Lage bis In die Innenstadt Hamburg und zum Volksparkstadion sind zu Fuß ziemlich weit

Pros:

Locatie is prima. Ontbijt is goed voor elkaar. Personeel is weg vriendelijk. We waren op doorreis, voor 1 nacht is het te doen.

Cons:

De kamers zijn erg gehorig en warm, raam open geeft veel lawaai van de straat. Douchekabine is aan de kleine kant als je een lange man bent. Parkeergelegenheid is lastig.

Gemütliches Hotel am Rande Hamburgs. Zimmer gut Platz und alles vorhanden für eine Übernachtung. Bequemes Bett.

Habe mir den Kopf an der Dachschräge beim Lesen im Bett gestoßen.

Ok für einen kurzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sauber und insgesamt in Ordnung. Außerdem waren ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Restaurant am Abend hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Essen war wirklich lecker.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Badezimmer war sehr klein und da es keine Klimaanlage gab, war es im Zimmer extrem heiß. Das Frühstück war eher klein und wirkte auf uns nicht besonders appetitlich. Leider war auch das Personal an der Rezeption recht unhöflich.

ich war schon mal in diesem Hotel, ich werde bestimmt wieder kommen.
Pros:

Frühstücksbüffet war gut, leider konnte man nicht draussen sitzen, das Wetter hat es nicht erlaubt, Autoparkplatz in der Tiefgarage war vorgesehn, das fand ich gut. An der Rezeption bin ich höflich un zügig bedient,

Cons:

Benutzung der Sauna war am Tag der Ankunft leider nicht möglich, Schlüssel nicht auffindbar, sonst hat alles gepasst.
