Elegant place in center but hygiene problems. Will not stay here anymore
Pros:

Nice location. Close to the beach. Great breakfast.

Cons:

Big cockroaches in the bathroom. They 'managed' to change our suite to a smaller one. Just a verbal apology from a team member that I handed the cockroach to. The Regional Public Health Directorate should have closed this establishment. But I guess changing their name/brand is good enough.

Pros:

El desayuno genial, muchas opciones y recién hecho. La habitación super espaciosa y muy moderna. La bañera grande y cómoda, la piscina e instalaciones muy bonitas, bien cuidadas y limpias.

Cons:

Lo único que era un poco más molesto era el ruido, que al estar al lado de la carretera, se escuchaba como pasaban los coches. Pero no era demasiado molesto.

Das Penthouse mit Whirlpool ist ein Traum
Pros:

Das Penthouse Zimmer war sehr geräumig und bot uns viel Privatsphäre .
Die moderne Einrichtung mit dem durchdachten Design haben uns sehr gefallen. Das Highlight war der eigene Whirlpool , perfekt nach einem langen Tag zu entspannen.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Da dieses Hotel nicht so viele Zimmer hat , war das Frühstück sehr angenehm, in einer ruhigen Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück war A la carte was den Vorteil hatte ohne Gedränge am Buffet völlig entspannt in den Tag zu starten.

Stayed in the penthouse suite -- room is amazing with huge balcony and privacy -- definitely recommended for couples. Restaurant exists in the property and room service when needed was quick.

Cons:

I was disappointed with my experience at this hotel. The staff were not welcoming or friendly during my stay. When I arrived, nobody offered to help with my luggage, and the same happened when I left the hotel.
I expected a much higher level of hospitality and customer service, especially from a hotel of this standard. Unfortunately, the overall attitude of the staff made the experience feel cold and uncomfortable.
