Check-in is free from 3 to 8pm, from 8pm to midnight you have to pay a supplement of €20 and from midnight to 2am €40, always in cash to the person who gives you the keys.

el baño se atasco y estuvieron un día entero sin venir a arreglarlo, la habitación en la que yo me hospede solo tenia un aire de techo, hacia una calor insufrible, cuando las demás tenían aire y no se estaba tan mal, los estantes para guardar la nevera de la 4 no es casi nada los de las demás habitaciones son normales y caben mas cosas.

Bad and arrogant staff

the only good thing about this property is location, every other thing is bad.

Cons:

Staff is extremely disorganized, We payed for our room and when we arrived, somone was in our room. We called the property for hours and no one answered so we were on the streets till 2am…
When someone finally called us, the guy showed up and didn’t know single word on English. We were lucky that two Moroccan girls helped us to translate, the guy told us that somone else also has the reservation for our room and tonight we have to sleep that night in other smaller room, and we will be able to acces OUR room in next day. The room where he put us that night feels like a basment, it’s so small and so dirty.
So i do not recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to visit the Madrid, the staff ruined our trip.
