Check-in is free from 3 to 8pm, from 8pm to midnight you have to pay a supplement of €20 and from midnight to 2am €40, always in cash to the person who gives you the keys.
ANY INCIDENT CAUSED BY THE GUEST AND NEEDS SUPPORT, OUTSIDE WORKING HOURS FROM 3:00 PM TO 8:00 PM WILL HAVE AN EXTRA COST OF 20 EUROS TO BE PAID IN CASH TO THE PERSON WHO GIVES THE ASSISTANCE.
Our rooms are designed to enjoy tourism in the center of Madrid at a competitive price and are designed mainly to rest, taking into account that some rooms are interior or have no window. No entendí que no había ascensores y esta en el cuarto piso
the only good thing about this property is location, every other thing is bad.
Staff is extremely disorganized, We payed for our room and when we arrived, somone was in our room. We called the property for hours and no one answered so we were on the streets till 2am…
When someone finally called us, the guy showed up and didn’t know single word on English. We were lucky that two Moroccan girls helped us to translate, the guy told us that somone else also has the reservation for our room and tonight we have to sleep that night in other smaller room, and we will be able to acces OUR room in next day. The room where he put us that night feels like a basment, it’s so small and so dirty.
So i do not recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to visit the Madrid, the staff ruined our trip.

Prácticamente no tengo quejas
La ubicación
Es un cuarto piso con escaleras viejas sin ascensor, la limpieza es pésima el baño estaba muy sucio la habitación olía a desinfectantes el piso no está están limpio y la capa de la cama parecía que nunca la cambiaron. Pasamos solo una noche ya que la chinche nos picaron por todos lados, caminaba por las paredes por el techo y en la cama en la paredes había mancha de sangre como si alguien ya hubiera matado eso bichos ; pasamos esa noche obvio si dormí solo se presentó el seguridad el cual dijo que debíamos esperar asta la 10 de la mañana que se despertara la encargada de las reservas . Booking no solucionó absolutamente nada . Nos quedamos despiertos asta la hora que comenzó a trabajar la encargada y ella nos solucionó realizando la devolución total del dinero . Nos fuimos a otro lugar .
La ubicación y la predisposición para la atención. El baño es compartido pero estaba impecable. Nos quedamos una sola noche pero es un alojamiento suficiente para eso. Volveremos en algún momento!
No tenía una cobija abrigada. Podría tener y tampoco una TV. Pero detalles.

La verdad que estaba todo bastante limpio
Nos tocó un cuarto doble que tenía el tamaño de una caja de zapatos, apenas entraba la cama y las valijas por poco las tenemos que dejar afuera. Se escucha todo las paredes parecen de papel madera
.
Me cancelaron la reservacion, media hora antes del chek ing, sin explicación alguna.

A localização era perfeita quartos limpos , mas não trocavam as toalhas a gente passou uma semana com a mesma toalha !
O atendimento péssimo , muita dificuldade pra entregar as chaves cheio de senha código secreto endereço errado, por pouco não ficamos na rua .. demoramos várias horas pra achar o endereço certo, falta de respostas …
