Pros:

Very disappointing experience. Despite having a confirmed online booking, the hotel refused to give me the room, saying I had not made an advance payment and had already given it to someone else. This was highly unprofessional and caused unnecessary inconvenience. I would not recommend this hotel.

No one was there at site / property after we reached after long drive of 7-8 hours, when we called they told us that today is our festival. No information earlier.

Wow , genuinely loved this place , the atmosphere around here is tempting, Food is delicious and they have a very co-operative staff. Although you have to Trek down a Lil bit but luggage assistance is provided by the property. I would recommend this place to stay if anyone is traveling to Mukteshwar.

Nothing... Despite confirmed booking, I was told the place was fully booked. If my booking was cancelled by the hotel, I received no such information. As a solo elderly lady traveller I had to find accommodation in the late evening in town

The property is situated in a hollow with a steeply inclined pathway on foot that only the aebodied should attempt. Pist this as a warning to potential residents
